We took the private tour as a family with our (little) kids. When wanting to book the trip, it was sold out, but by taking contact with them through whatsapp, they re-opened the (same day) slot we wanted.
They kept in contact through whatsapp in the hour before the tour started, so it was easy to reach and find each other. On the tour itself I won't be able to say more than others have already said, but I want to highlight two things:
1) it was awesome to have this (private) tour, as it was not only fun to do, but our guide also took plenty of photos of us and shared them afterwards, which is always fun to have as a family and being able to be all (4) in the same picture.
2) the bikes were good, and had a convenient child seat. The kids didn't have any helmet but it's not something we felt concerned about due to the low traffic areas we cycled through, but I can imagine that some people would find this more important.
Highly recommended, would do again.

The tour was perfect. Aod was a great guide. We had a wonderful afternoon riding bamboo bikes. We recommend this tour to everyone visiting Bangkok. Aod took a lot of photos from me and my wife. Afterwards he did send them via WhatsApp. Beautiful memories for a fantastic day. Me and my wife were more than happy. Thanks again.

Aot and ging are extremely patient and watch out for the cyclists. They knew the routes like the back of their hands. Was a great experience and a Sunday well spent. The bamboo bikes are ingenious! Definitely reccomended.

We had a great time on the family bike tour and got to enjoy a part of Bangkok that we wouldn't have seen otherwise. The bikes and tour guide were great and the food was amazing, especially the sticky rice and mango desert. Our seven year old had a great time, but make sure your little ones are confident bike riders before embarking on the tour. Some of the walkways are very narrow and you wouldn't want them to fall off. A great experience overall!

If you want to see the other side of this huge city, take this tour! Its nice and relaxt to calm down from the busy Bangkok and see some wildlife. Ohr guide was nice too and knew what he was talking about.

Great tour and lots of fun. We were with two young kids (5 and 7 years).
Guide Sugar was so nice and friendly for the kids. The kids loved he says all the time 'gaan met die banaan! (And lots of other Dutch words).
Good bikes also for the kids. Good and comfortable childseat. Enough and nice stops during the trip including water and lunch. Well organized with taxi/boat.
Total time of trip was enough for the kids.
A real must do activity to escape from the hassle of Bangkok.
