For the cost, this tour was a major disappointment. The quality of the boat and beverages and canal did not justify the price. I highly recommend booking at the Emarcadero Nativitas Xochimilco instead. That offers the authentic experience a non-local tourist would expect. This port was run down and seedy. I thought I could trust what Viator was offering but don't be fooled like I was.

This tour was amazing. I wasn’t sure what to expect but when we got there, they pulled out all the stops. Everyone was so nice. It was absolutely gorgeous. The vibe was everything! Love, love, love!

We visited Mexico City for our annual summer vacation and the Xochimilco boat ride was our favorite experience of all the tours we took! Our guide Jimmy was so much fun and took us to see the Island of Dolls and teach us about local Mexican culture. We enjoyed the colorful boats each with their own name, dancing to Mariachi music and the unlimited Tequila (of course)!
and his team are so nice and helpful and we highly recommend this tour group to anyone visiting!

Our excursion to Xochimilco to Pako Tours was our favorite in all of Mexico City! Pako, Brandee and their team made it easy for us to navigate our visit. We got to try Abuelas tequila!!!! They helped us with buying souvenirs from the locals. We had fun and got to learn some history at the same time. My wife and I were really looking forward to the Island of the Dolls and it didn’t disappoint! Thanks Pako Tours we will tell our friends about you!

My group of friends had a great time on the boat tour. So glad we had this experience. After making our way through the bustle of embarcadaro, Pakos team was welcoming and attentive. We all loved sampling pako’s abuelita’s favorite tequila, it was so smooth. At one point we had a mariachi band come aboard and had the best time dancing. Must do experience

A must do expedience in Mexico City!! We came down for a bachelor party and had the most amazing time with Pako and the team in Xochimilco! Brandee arranged everything for us with ease, making it seamless for our large crew. Once we arrived we were given a bottle of Pakos grandmas favourite tequila, a bunch of beers and local snacks. We set off for a 2 hours fiesta on our boat that was a total blast. Best part was inviting the Mariachi band on board to play a few of our favourite songs (about 600 pesos).
💯 Recommend doing this Tour with Pako and his team!!!

Overall it was fun and I would do it again, the tour guide was very young and acted the part. Would have been a better experience with a more socially attuned guide.
