As far as I know, we were there before 1:00pm (start time). We found no tour, I Double-Checked with the security guard that the address was correct and it was, I texted several times with no answer, I called three times with no response, I got a hold of Viator who kept having me try to contact the company THEY contracted with - It would seem that they were not getting any more response from the company than I was. I have documentation of the times that I called, I took a picture of myself at the location so that I could have photos, document my location and time. No one was there. If anyone ask, I also have a security guard who knows that I was there as well as an Uber that dropped us off at the location 30 minutes before the tour.
