We booked online to visit on a Sunday not knowing it costs nothing to visit on a Sunday. We arrived & nobody there to help. Waste of money and time! We did get a refund but spoiled the day.

Its was good but It’s not a fast track entry. You need to get to the upper level outside view. That’s where you see the Colosseum and its full glory. You don’t need to purchase the underground or the full experience tickets. You can get everything you want by going to the main level. When you exit, you will be able to get a view of the first level without paying extra. But that’s after you complete the full circle on the upper level. The Forum and Palatine hill are HUGE!!! We were in a 98° heat wave so there was no way we could finish them all. But we took plenty of pictures of what we couldn’t do. You definitely will get the experience you’re looking for with this tour company. However, there are no electronic devices or tour guides. And I did not see a fast track entrance. You will have to wait in line with the individuals tickets.

Terrible experience. I ended up doing it by myself. Do not recommend. They did not send me the tickets electronically as they said they would. They sent them later than the time slot agreed on. Please, do not use this agency or any of these tourist traps!

Getting the tickets and using the tickets was very easy. I appreciate that everything is eletronic. I would use Viator again.

Tickets were booked through TripAdvisor. I received by email not the tickets but a pick-up voucher. The store where you could redeem the voucher was 1 km from the Colloseum. The entry time was not as booked 16:00 but 16:45. the tickets actually cost 18€, I paid 45€ per adult. Total rip-off.

We got to the coliseum at 10:00 our ticket time. They would not
Let us in messaged the company they said to go to picture 2. When we got there they wouldn’t accept our tickets. Messaged them again. They didn’t respond for 2 hours. By that time we had to leave for a different tour and they would not refund our money.

Easy to pick up a ticket. Very polite service and good description of how to find the correct queue. Ticket collection is located a short distance from the Colosseum itself.

We purchased and then clicked "Download PDF tickets" and "email me ticket". We were told at the venue those were actually NOT the tickets as the website clearly said they are, but a voucher to redeem at a shop a mile away. We missed the entry and were told we should have read TC&C's. Support did not answer and after that also responded that the tickets needed collection. On top of this an optoop to see tickets in app, sending me on an endless loop of "confirm your email" and verification mail SW ding me back to "confirm your email". I did this loop 100 times, and then we had to move on with my friend crying. They have major tech and collection issues, as well as a website saying "download tickets" that downloads anything but. AVOID

Fast-Track is way to go. So many people in lines, you don't have to wait to enter with these tickets. But I wished we purchased them couple of moths ago, it would have been cheaper.
