We walked 20 minutes to get to the address and found it was in a neighborhood that did not seem safe and there was a crumpled sign for the class on a residential door. We did NOT feel safe so we wasted 65 Euro and turned around and left. That was not in the description of the class...

We had such a lovely time with Laura! She gave us a little history of truffles and then went over the directions. She made it fun and social! The hot chocolate she made us was almost as tasty as our finished product!

Good experience. Wish I had been learning from an experienced chocolate maker, rather than international college students who learned to make truffles specifically for this job. But that said, our tour leader was very nice and made the experience fun.

We had a really good time. The presentation was not super polished but the making of truffles was fun and we met a few nice people in the process. The cost of the event was very reasonable and as an additional bonus you got to keep the truffles you made, which were 12 for us. I felt like you would have spent the same amount of money just to buy the truffles at a chocolate shop.

The best 1 hour and a half of our trip!
We left with about 20 delicious Chocolate Truffles each, which we snacked during our train ride.
Must do in Brussels.

This was one of the most memorable parts of our whole trip! Our instructor was so kind, and she even helped us finish our truffles a little early so we wouldn’t be late catching our train. If we ever comes to Brussels again we will definitely be taking the waffle class too!
