Smooth transition! The terminal had the longest customs line but the driver waited and was there ready with water juice and snacks! It was a very good driver whom spoke english and as well helped with our bags once at the property.
The communication was excellent the entire time.

I arrived at the airport and there are so many people trying to get you transportation do not fall for it they rip you off. I let them the people know I already had a private transportation to my destination but as we make it out my driver was nowhere to be found i ended up having to wait about 20 minutes and had to pay someone to call the number on file for the driver they picked up and said they would walk up to the platform. The only good thing about this company was that they were able to accommodate my arrival for the next day as my plane was delayed. Once the driver showed up, he said he had just arrived, but the description says the driver will be outside waiting for you to arrive. The driver was very quiet did not say one word even after i tried asking him a few questions which made me very uncomfortable and uneasy the whole way even after he dropped us off. The description also say will pick up in a sedan and we were picked up in a shuttle van with broken side mirrors taped back on. I do not recommend nor will be using this service again i was able to catch a taxi back for about 10 dollars cheaper in a nicer car.

Called me at the time I was supposed to be leaving and said drive was 25 min. late. I had to call a cab. Do not use them.

Price doubled after we booked so more of a scam . Better off taking a taxi since the price is the same. Not a fair way to provide service.

Our driver was early to our hotel & called when he arrived. We needed time to checkout, so he just hung out until we were ready. He was very courteous & a great/safe driver.
We expected a car, but were transported in a van for the 2 of us (at no additional cost). It was very comfortable & we were extremely pleased with the whole experience.

Very easy to book, professional and quick!
They took the time to make sure they had the right passengers, and when they ran a couple minutes late due to traffic, ensured that we knew well ahead of time what time to expect
