Booked 48 hours in advance and didn’t get declined at the end of the day of the actual tour. Missed out because of this as didn’t want to double book. Very disappointed

Very disappointing. We didn't realise that it's best to book tickets for the Colosseum a week in advance. We booked here in the hope of being able to buy tickets - the tickets were also shown as available. Now we've been waiting since yesterday for confirmation of the tickets (booking is still pending after 20 hours), we're standing in front of the Colosseum and our children are extremely disappointed. Apart from an American hotline number, there are no contact details. The provider seems very dubious and not recommended!
