Voucher did not work . Total waste of money . Do not arrange through this company!!! Nobody helped very stressful experience

Even if you book in advance (and pay in advance), you still have to queue at a counter to collect the paper tickets, only to then have to queue up again.
Room for improvement...!

We purchased tickets through a Trip Advisor link. The operator was Binge tours and Viator was suppose to supply tickets. We were on the phone and a group chat with Viator for an hour trying to get tickets. Only a voucher came which the Uffizi could
Not honor. Basically we were scammed by Binge tours. They sent an email at 3:00 - the timed entry I had purchased to say Uffizi was having technical difficulties. Not true because I bought additional tickets through the Uffizi office. Trip Advisor should discontinue promoting tickets with Binge. It was a waste of time for me!! I did receive a credit for the Binge tickets…. After 3 messages requesting a credit.

STAY AWAY!!!!! Never got the tickets. They sent me an email to reschedule less than 3 hours before the tour started saying they were having technical difficulties. This is not appropriate for someone who is on a tight schedule touring the entire country. Would not recommend! Awaiting a refund and will amend review if full refund is granted
