We have been coming to Venice regularly for several years and although we love it, we have always felt the lack of greenery in the city.
Here, Emilio's daily tour made us discover a side of Venice that we knew little about, its lagoon.
Imagine a body of water that reflects the movements of the sky, pink flamingos among the sandbanks and a pleasant feeling of calm.
Furthermore, the young chef Lorenzo passed on to us his love for the typical ingredients of the lagoon, which he then expertly transformed into a mouth-watering risotto.
In short, a wonderful day that we will remember for a long time.

I didn't know that the islands of Venice were so interesting and all different.
It was an experience that I would recommend to everyone, the chef and the captain made us have a memorable day, with good food and wine!

So much fun! We spent the most special day in the discovery of the Northern lagoon last sunday with Emilio and his team.
A beautiful chance so see the beauties of Venice in an unconventional way. Highly recomended, a unique way of dicovering the territory, i was told they also organise a more Venice Oriented sunset tour, won’t miss it next time. Venice can be ha rush on visitors, this is one of the most special experieces ever had !

Fantastic! I thank Emilio who masterfully accompanied us on this tour of the Venice lagoon. We saw breathtaking landscapes that cannot be found anywhere else, salt marshes, lagoon birds, flamingos. Emilio also explained to us the basics of navigation knots which I personally found very interesting and fun to reproduce. I also thank Lorenzo for the delicious risotto, you can see that he is a professional chef, inspired by the lagoon in his typical ingredients. I highly recommend the experience and will definitely pass the word on to friends and family.

We chose this package on the recommendation of our friends who live in Venice and it was one of the most enchanting experiences we have ever had. Divine food, excellent wine and breathtaking scenery. We were able to see the most secret places of the lagoon, accompanied by the captain's very interesting stories. The food presented by the chef was refined and tasty, with typical lagoon and seasonal products.
I thank all the staff for the experience and I will definitely return!

A breathtaking journey through the most historic waterways of the lagoon, between the sea and the sandbanks, this route gives you the opportunity to experience first-hand the unexpected vitality of these places.
Thanks to the stories of the captain and his staff, we are able to immerse ourselves in tradition and go back in time, allowing us to imagine the life of the inhabitants of the lagoon in past centuries.

A fantastic experience, we discovered the wonderful landscape of the northern lagoon, far from the usual tourist groups. We ate an excellent risotto prepared with very fresh ingredients from the Rialto market.
