This is a small class where all the participants will cook everything from scratch at their own station using the best quality of ingredients. Then we will sit together and have lunch. Recipes will be handed at the beginning of the class.

The experience was such a great afternoon! Besides the food, which was fantastic and cooked by me, Cynthia herself is a natural teacher. She has a wealth of knowledge about ingredients, culinary tips, and other advice that you will remember long after the delicious food you make is eaten.
