Like the other reviews have said, the tour company does not seem to have their stuff together. I had to call (through WhatsApp) to remind them to send me the tickets, 5hours before my rescheduled tour.
And, like others have said, I was told there was a “glitch in the system” and 11am should not have been allowed. I was given several afternoon timeframes instead. I chose 5pm and it seemed to work out. I don’t understand why they can’t send the emails of the tickets early on- if they did that, this would have been less stressful.
All in all, once I had our tickets, it was easy to get in, and around, and no issues. Expect 2-3 hours there, and to have your tickets scanned three times and ID’s viewed at least once before fully taking off into the Colosseum. You will also go through a scanner along with your stuff.
Good historical iconic building.

Tour company “lost” our reservation due to computer issue. We had scheduled to visit the colosseum in the morning but when asked about the status of our tickets (the day before) they no longer had tickets for the morning hours so we had to choose times in the mid to late afternoon when the heat was the highest. Disappointing!

Did not receive tickets 24 hrs before as announced, only 6 hours before I got message that my booking at 11 AM was moved to 2PM. Had to replan our whole day.
Just order directly from official website or through official ticket counter. It's the same price. Not worth using a third party.
Colosseum was nice, as expected.

Don't buy tickets through here. I purchased my tickets a month in advance for 9am and did not receive my tickets the 24 hours ahead as stated so I reached out to ask about them and was told there was a glitch and had to choose an afternoon timeslot. This was communicated to me at 10pm the night before my 9am slot. You can buy the tickets directly through the coliseum for half the price.

Overall excellent. Overbooked my time slot. They gave me other time slots to choose from. From 12pm to 2pm. I had to modified my itinerary for the day. Never send me the tickets neither by email or what’s up but communication was fast thru what’s up. I was confused but overall I went inside and enjoy the Coliseum
