We didn't know much about Oslo so we booked this tour to get an overview. Our guide, Kamil was amazing- his love of the city was very apparent. The pacing was good and we never felt like we were running to keep up, even with a sometimes pokey 10 year old. Definitely saw the highlights of the city and learned a lot. My son collects foreign currency and was disappointed that almost everything is electronic now, and I will never forget Kamil's kindness when he gave him a few krone coins.

I've been using Viator for years all over the world and have recommended it to many many people. This is the first time I feel duped by a provider. WHile I have no doubt Viator does its best to check out tours, I feel ripped off having paid for a free walking tour of Oslo. I was shocked on arrival at the meeting point to find it was a free tour after having paid for it. Except for me and my friend, everyone else of the 20 or so people were there for free. The guide could not explain why we had been charged and had no idea where the money went. Disgraceful!

Was interesting but slow paced. Too long at some spots.
Was not engaging with most of the guests.

The tour guide was excellent. However, not sure why we paid about $50 CAD for 2 people for a FREE tour? I think we were the only ones who paid - we didn’t realize this was an option! Thanks Viator!

Excellent coverage. An American girl of Norwegian lineage was our guide - didn't get her name Apologies. The tour coveted all the important landmarks in this part of Oslo. The guide was very well informed & answered most of the questions raised by tourists. She conducted the tour quite efficiently & in a very enthusiastic atmosphere. A must for every visitor to get to know the key tourist spots & a brief history of the country

There is no such thing as bad weather, just a bad choice of clothes! How right our guide Kamil was. Rain aside our Free 2hour Walking Tour was very good indeed. Kamil has a passion for Oslo and enjoys sharing the cities and Norways history, architecture, art and much more. The tour went at a good pace and was a perfect length of time. An excellent tour, thank you Kamil!

Amazing tour covering all the major landmarks of Oslo city. Our guide Mr Kamil was very knowledgeable and very friendly. He is originally not Norwegian, however knows the city , the culture and the history of Norway inside out. I highly recommend this tour.
