On the email we were given the wrong meet up address. So we arrived 30min before time. We tried to call but it's only automated, there is no real person who answer. We started asking people who knew and got to the boat at 7:05pm and they would not let us in. It was my Husband surprise Dinner for his birthday my kid were crying. Horrible experience. Never again go through a 3rd party like viator. I am fighting now to get my money back.

From boarding to disembarking everything was excellent! Very courteous staff . Food was good, dancing was an extra bonus!

Terrible customer service. We spent $400 ($300 for two dinner cruises and $100 Uber surcharge) to watch the boat untie from the dock and motor away. Crew would not let us on, even though boat was still tied to the dock. We left our hotel an hour before the cruise, for what should have been a 15 minute car ride, but we were stuck in a massive Boston traffic jam. We were 4 minutes late and feel like the crew could have let us on the boat, but chose not to, once they saw our tickets were not booked direct through City Cruises. We requested a refund and were denied. We requested a change of date, but got a reply this 'may" be possible after we had already left Boston.

We paid $299.98 for the Boston signature dinner cruise. We were 4 minutes late due to a massive Boston traffic jam (and paid over $100 to Uber, due to traffic surcharges, for what should have been a 15 min ride, but took over an hour). Boat was on dock, staff were there. But once they saw our tickets were through Viator, they would not let us aboard, nor provide an alternative date or refund. It seemed like they were going to let us board but changed their minds after they found out we booked through Viator and not them directly. We spent $400 to watch them cast off and leave us watching. Never again.

Fun time. Food was good, views were awesome, and the DJ kept the party hopping! Maybe call in advance and ask if there’s any special occasions booked for the cruise you’re looking at - there was a Sweet 16 party happening on the upper deck, which may ruin the vibe for some people if you’re not expecting to be with a bunch of teens!

It was such a relaxing cruise of Boston Harbor. There was a lot to see and do and the time flew by. The food was great and all you can eat! Definitely would do it again!

Amazing, food was extraordinary.staff were very friendly and awesome. One of my best experiences.I would encourage any visitor to Boston should taste the cruise, I absolutely have no regrets
