This experience was definitely one of our highlights in Florence. The chef explained the recipe step by step. The class was a lot of fun and the food was delicious. Recommended 10/10.

Wonderful class with Federico P. We are in Italy to celebrate my mom’s 70th birthday and took this class while in Florence. We laughed with the other students and had an amazing time learning about the history of pasta and gelato while we made two types of pasta and sauce topped off with gelato we made. Come hungry! You will not be disappointed!

Chefs Victoria and Tomaso were amazing, funny and full of useful information about pasta, gelato and Tuscany! Making fettucini and raviolis aren't scary anymore and now I know what to look for when I want an authentic Italian gelato. Great group of people around the table and our meal was delizioso!

If you are looking for a fun experience while in Florence, this is a great time! Roberta was an exceptional chef and guide with our class who were all new to pasta making. We made two types of pasta and learned the ingredients and techniques for making two different sauces and vanilla gelato. I would highly recommend this activity.
