Being able to hop off at sights we wanted to tour and hop back on afterwards.
The duration of the tour was perfect.
The price was reasonable for my family.

Waiting for long periods to board bus with no a/c. Looooong stops at bus station with no a/c.
Bus stops poorly marked. 10 buses in one area, none near us. No earbuds offered until half way through ride we asked why we couldn’t hear the tour details. Huge fail in every way.

We were first time visitors to Washington and this was the best way to see the sights and then decide when and where to get off. The bus runs all day and there was always plenty of seating. The staff were lovely and helpful and also gave out free bottles of water due to the heat. Would definitely recommend

This was a major disappointment and actually bordered on dangerous. We purchased a 2 day ticket for 4 people- totaling in $300. We were told upon purchase that buses would stop every 10- 15 minutes at each stop. This was conveyed to us at the kiosk where we purchased our tickets in Union Station. These are the problems we experienced:
1). LONG wait times. In fact- we waited over 45 minutes at the stop outside of the Museum of Natural history. Finally- with no bus in site- and movement of the buses in the app seemingly at a standstill- or even off the course- we had to begin walking in order to get back to Union Station. Fearing that we would miss our train- we ended up hailing a taxi.
2). The app is NOT accurate. Do NOT rely on it.
3). The buses HAVE little to no air flow!! It was 96 degrees and we were all baking. To the point of a dangerous situation. On one bus- the air conditioning did work if I constantly hit the button. (The driver - when I went to ask about it- told me that I had to do this). Cool air would come out for a few minutes- and then it would stop again. Unacceptable! On another bus- when there was absolutely NO air flow- I ended up opening the emergency window so that I would not pass out!
Do NOT use this company- would be my advice!

Awesome way to get around DC monuments! Glad they're are 17 stupid along the route. The app made it so easy to plan our adventures and we knew exactly where the next bus was.

We booked via groupon, great discount. It was fathers day weekend so it was crowded but not uncomfortable. We loved the tour and the commentary was great. No problems at all!
