Beautiful weather, exceptional food and a terrific tour guide named Manuela made the day just perfecto! She was very knowledgeable about the area, as she was born here. I recommend that you do not eat before your tour because you will eat plenty. It was a great way to learn the city and experience the more traditional dishes. Highly recommend

We met in Piazza Garibaldi. Loads of restaurants and shopping if you like and a great way to see stores of your interest.
Instructions for meet up super clear and concise.
Gaia was our guide. She is AMAZING!!! We communicated prior to ensure we were in correct area. Gaia was punctual, professional yet friendly with a super sweet heart! She even offered for us to contact her after the tour if needed, being we are tourist.
We enjoyed great food with Gaia and another American family. Had loads of flavorful food options which covered a variety of local favorites.
We walked a good deal which was great as we ate so much. Some restaurants we took the food to go, other restaurants we sat and ate, which was really nice.
Definitely a tour to experience!!!
Definitely recommend!!

Great walking food tour through La Spezia with a lovely organised lunch at a cute little restaurant where we had a pesto pasta dish that was so delicious. Our guide Manuela was lovely and really took care of food allergies and preferences. Would highly recommend 👌🏻🇮🇹

Tour with 6 ppl through the hustle and bustle of La Spezia. Our guide Manuella was very friendly and easygoing. One of us doing the tour have some allergies which she kept track off and made sure there always where good alternatives. We have been to other food tours where they just wanted to present the local cuisine where available, Manuella was keen to show the best versions of those dishes not just the dish itself.

Manuela is an excellent guide. We do food tours everywhere we visit and this one really stood out. Because we're mid season there was only myself and my husband on the tour. The food was delicious and interesting but we really enjoyed the conversation with Manuela about the local culture in la spezia and all sorts of other things. Would highly recommend.

It was just my husband and I. One day before the tour I got a message providing a link to google. maps to the meeting point, photos and telephone number of our tour guide. Very organized, never had that before.
Beatrice was very nice and provided professional and personal service. We got to sample focaccia and farinata first. We had lunch in a historic restaurant: Antipasti and Linguine al pesto. Delicious and typical. Drinks were provided. As dessert we had gelato. Overall it was a relaxed and fun time!!

This was one of the best things we have done while traveling Europe! Manuela was very informative about the culture and history of the town. She was fun and interesting to listen to and made our experience very memorable. The stops on our tour were amazing and she was very knowledgeable about the places and their history which made it that more special. Would recommend her and this tour to anyone and everyone looking to explore some great food and company!
