Thank you to the staff of LaDolceVita for a welcoming and wonderful dining experience during my trip to Cancun in March. Accompanied by a friend and a couple that I recently met at the Casa Maya, we enjoyed wine, a flaming dessert, and a good cup of coffee. I look forward to returning there in the future.

As others have said, Viator is no help with any issues and they defer to the tour operator. Neither group would provide a detailed itinerary until after we arrived. We were also required to sign that we would not complain about anything unless we had called the tour operator first. The first hotel, Galleria Plaza had no pool, no gym remodeling but 11 gay bars within 2 blocks. The first morning we were taken to a shop across from the church and left to shop for an hour while our guide went up the street for breakfast. Not much time to see the churches when he returned. The next morning pickup was 6am- before the breakfast at the hotel- and 4 hours before our flight. We were dropped off at the wrong airport terminal and had to walk a mile and then kill 3 hours in the airport. Dropped off in Palenque with rooms not ready and no instructions. We were told at 6 pm that dinner would be at 8. The group meal at the restaurant was lousy while the hotel food was good. Travel through the Yucatan in a crowded van with bad suspension. They booked us into the Holiday Inn Cancun which is not a 4 star... Not a 2 star. A dump. We complained and were moved to the Krystal, which was great. All in all, the sites are amazing. The tours are poorly organized and there is way too much time spent at shopping malls and not enough time at the ruins.

The sites and itinerary were great, but a couple of the companies used were pretty bad. Viator outsources to a 3rd party who then outsources to different tour providers at various parts of the trip. The 3rd party was difficult to work with and I did have a couple issues with the booking. This tour is very economical, but that does have some accompanying risks. If you can roll with it, this is a great tour. If not, book directly with other tour providers.

Should have more time on visited sites especially Chichen Itza.

The itinerary was excellent, we were happy with the accommodation selections along the journey with one exception. The exception being in Mexico City. Our hotel was undergoing substantial renovations to the lobby with construction noise present all day and night. This hotel should be avoided.

1 speaking bilingual at the same time makes confusion.
2 speaking without microphone is hard to listen clearly , and the peaked has to shout.
3 Bringing clients into merchandise shop father than the place schedualed is waisting the time.
