There was a very kind person with my name in the airport lobby. He took us to the exit and waited with us for a van to arrive that quickly took us to the Hotel. It was a great experience.

Our driver was waiting right outside security with my name easy to read. He had a close parking spot and safely delivered us to our hotel. He kindly waited for the hotel to greet us since it was late at night. Would recommend.

Did not find anyone waiting for us after our plane landed. Could not contact them to confirm as we did not have phone coverage.

We were promptly met at the airport and transferred to our van. There were two other people in the van who were taken to their hotel first. As we drove, the van was sputtering and stopping but easily restarted. On the way to our hotel, the van broke down in the middle of probably the busiest street in Mexico City! We had to get out and walk the rest of the way to our hotel. We did arrive just fine and of course, felt badly for the driver. But we had a great time in Mexico City !
