I purchased the tour months before I came to Cusco. The tour was supposed to start at 2:00 with a pick up at our hotel.
I had scheduled the rest of my day around a 3 hour excursion.
The day before the tour I got an email stating that we would be picked up at 2:25 pm.
No one showed up. I called. Said they would be there in 5 minutes.
We left at 3:00 to go look around.
I got a call at 3:00 saying that they were looking for us. I told them I had dinner reservations at 6:00.
He said the tour would be finished at 5:30.
The tour I bought was a 3 hour excursion ending at 5:30.
Ultimately, he was going to give us an hour and a half rush tour.
They did refund my money, but it was a disappointment.
I do not think they meant for this to happen and I would not discourage anyone from using them.

Waste of money. The couple of places we could see on our own like the market, view point and the Gorichanka temple. Guide was not enthusiastic. He sat down and covered only the inner most area. There was a lot more to cover. It was shorter than expected. Cathedral was quick and seemed more optional.

I had booked this tour wanting to see a little bit of Cusco, without taking up an entire day. This tour was perfect for my needs. However, I booked an English speaking tour but when I got picked up, I was told everyone else in the group speaks Spanish and it became a Spanish speaking tour. Robinson, the guide, was amazing in filling me in with the English translations after giving the rest of the group their version. He was knowledgeable, very articulate and answered all of our questions. I just felt bad holding up the rest of the group when the English explanation was being given, and I sensed towards the end, some in the group were getting restless.
If you’re going to book and English speaking tour, make sure it will be, but there really is no guarantee.

Superb visits to Cusco and the sites on the heights (Tambomachay, Puca Pucara, Qenqo and Sacsayhuaman).
Our guide Yuber from Viajes Pacifico was attentive to our needs and showed us the sites with a lot of magic and knowledge.
We then continued into the Sacred Valley with the sites of Pisac, Moray, the salt mines of Maras up to Ollantaytambo.
We spent an admirable 3 days in his company! I recommend!

Hotel pick up was prompt. I booked an English tour but was the only English speaking person (with a group of 6 Spanish) meaning the majority of the tour was in Spanish, with short English translations. This was extremely disappointing and had I known in advance, I would have selected an alternative tour.

The plaza de Armus Cuzco is not like other town Centre’s of Peruvian cities. But it is different as it is more full of tourists , the sky is blue with patch of clouds. It is more decorated, surrounded with so many ancient buildings of historic importance. San Pedro market is the perfect place to know the Peruvian culture, the common people and their lifestyle. It’s a must visit site for a true tourist.

Good overview of Cusco with all its rich history. A tour like this is a must when visiting Cusco. I attended this tour July 2019.

Our guide Robinson was great at showing us around and telling us the stories, myths and histories of come great locations. We got some free time at the Market which was lovely. Just the right amount of time at each place that it always efficient but did not feel rushed. Robinson made some funny jokes to keep the crowd’s attention also. Well done on his part.
The only thing that I was mildly confused about is that the description mentions Catacombs but never actually went into any crypts or catacombs. We did look through a door way into a room which holds the tombs of some bishops but there was nothing to really see.
Aside from that, we took the 2pm tour but I think I would have preferred a 9am tour to start my day, rather than spend the morning waiting around, not wanting to visit places in case you stop their on your tour.
Overall still a good tour to introduce you to the city.
