On this tour, we will make a stop at the Rental, in case you want to rent clothes or ski equipment (they are not included in the tour). As we go up the mountain, you will be able to see incredible landscapes, until you reach Valle Nevado, the most modern ski center in Chile. We will go up by gondola to the Hotel Valle Nevado, where you can meet, have lunch and enjoy its comfortable and modern facilities.

The valley is magnificent, beautiful to see. I was just upset by n being very organized, n had a lot of people p information, 89% are Brazilians, we are the ones who increased the economy of the country, we should be well received and no employee spoke Portuguese, bad that for a company like you.No are solicites, are not friendly, only Guide Camila, driver Miguel and Guide Patrick were friendly and nice.Brazilians are friendly people. Friends, we don't like people who don't get well, finally I found very expensive the values Q charge for skiing, in addition to paying the rental of snow equipment. Tbm for skiing. We need to pay to get into the park at last, but my agent didn't know how it worked. Company should inform the tourism agencies. Food offered at the hotel q we ate horrible, piece of salmon with fried fries. I'm sorry, but I didn't like it. Only by the place that is amazing, creation of God.

One of the best tours we have done on this trip! The Guide Benjamin is very attentive and polite. He guided us in all places and told the stories concerning the places we passed! The driver Francisco was very attentive and careful. The place is simply amazing and we catch the snow falling!

The Guide Benjamim from Turistik is very attentive and efficient...he helped us check in in the Valle Nevado...and during the journey,he instructed us in the best way...
The check-in in Valle Nevado is confusing... a attendant asked us to make the registration together with a couple I didn't know... if it wasn't for Benjamin, I would have to be responsible (deposit) with the clothes of an unknown couple....
The Lockers queue was huge, including a woman entering the male bathroom to enter the queue...
The Rental that we used for the ski clothes is confused, with people who do not want to attend... my booth was tight and the attendant said he had no other.... I asked another assistant who changed at the same time...
On this date at Rental, women were using the same bathroom as men, because according to information, the women's bathroom was broken.
