This deeply personal tour of Ground Zero begins at the site of what served as a rescue center for victims and place for mementos after the attacks: St. Paul's Chapel. The historic church was miraculously unharmed when the Twin Towers fell.
You'll then walk to the 9/11 Memorial where we'll reflect on the lives lost in the World Trade Center attacks. See "Reflecting Absence," the largest man-made waterfalls on the continent. Your guide will share the meaning behind the memorial, stories from the day, and how New Yorkers came together in the aftermath.
Afterward, visit the 9/11 Museum with your skip-the-line ticket for a self-guided tour of the exhibits and artifacts. Next, walk over to Freedom Tower, and in the lobby, you can watch "Voices," a film about the Twin Towers and Freedom Tower, before riding the SkyPod elevator 1,250 feet up. Visit the tri-level One World Observatory for panoramic views of NYC, immersive LED displays, and the See Forever Theater.

This experience includes a 1.5 hour tour with a guide. Our guide, Sean, was excellent! He knew so much about 9/11 and he was so informative and knowledgeable. Sean is a great story teller, and he told us several stories of heroism and courage. Our experience also included a visit to the 9/11 museum, and access to the One World Observatory. We enjoyed the entire experience, and highly recommend it.

I have never been to NY before. I was looking forward to the 911 museum and going up in the new tower, knowing it would be emotional. Of the three parts of our visit there, the tour with Tim, the museum and the tower, Tim’s tour was my favorite part.
He was so personable, had memorized everyone’s names within minutes of meeting us, and brought an emotional and personal aspect to the tour.
He extended the tour by half an hour, and throughout, gave us interesting insider trivia about what we were seeing at the time. It’s clear he’s a proud New Yorker, and loves sharing the city and the history, especially 911 with others.

Our tour guide, Dana, was very knowledgeable about the history of 9/11. She has obviously researched material to share but also told her personal connection to the days events. While the tour was somber, it was very impactful and not one or family will forget.

We really liked the Museum and Observatory. Our guide Helena was very nice and funny. My only con is that is was hard to hear her and along with her dialect, was hard to understand many things being said unless right next to her. We still loved her and enjoyed our tour.
