They left an attendee behind, didn't realise until we pointed it out, I thought they counted people each time but clearly that's too much for their guide, they didn't even apologise to the poor girl.
The microphone peaks and feedbacks all the time making the experience uncomfortable throughout. They go from freezing AC to burning heat.
The tour feels rushed and they stop you on places where the food is terrible and there aren't options to eat elsewhere (I guess they give them commissions), they rush you on each stop even if they pick up over an hour late.
They lack communication and make mistakes on their hotel bookings. There are much better tour guides out there.
The only good thing about it was that the driver was safe.

The tour guide (Iain) was brilliant and made the trip and the company feel like an extended family throughout the whole day. Even not including that, the destinations and the time we got to spend at each stop felt well thought out as well as well worth the money. The trip was even adapted at several points to suit changes in the weather. Great times all around!

Driver cum tourist guide Cameron took us around safely and kept us entertained throughout with various Highland stories and added extra amazing places to see. An unforgettable journey and knowledgeable guide! Bed & breakfast was equally great!

The tour was great from beginning to end. I am was an excellent tour guide. The accommodation was fine, he stopped us at enough spots to see the sights and stretch our legs.

Great scenery and commentary by the driver.
However it was advertised as a three day highlands, Skye, and Loch Ness trip. First two days went well, however on our third day we were supposed to visit Loch Ness. We had departed that morning and were welll south before we questioned the driver about visiting Loch Ness, where we would have the opportunity to take a cruise and visit the castle there. He informed me that we passed by it in the bus previously the day before, (where he mentioned that we would be going there the next day) and that fulfilled the trip requirements. The last day was to be visiting Loch Ness, which is one of the reasons I chose this trip. Others on the trip were also surprised. He also mentioned no one said they wanted to go, like we could change the stops somehow. Anyhow, disappointed is an understatement. Very bait and switch. Avoid this trip if you expect to see Loch Ness..

Had a wonderful time on this three-day tour, and learned a lot about Scottish history, myths and legends thanks to our driver Joe, who was also a fantastic guide, with a great sense of humor, so if you happen to go on a tour with him, it's going to be a fun trip (and a safe one).
The landscapes are magical, the museums are definitely worth visiting, and the Aye Stay lodging in Inverness was impeccable. We were lucky enough to be on Skye on the only day when it did not rain, so those who fancied it were able to go on a short hike on the Quiraing (absolutely stunning!). Mind you, this trip only gives you a taste of what Scotland has to offer, so for those of you who are avid nature lovers, you might want to come back and explore at your own pace.
