When I got to the dock I could not find anyone who knew how to redeem my voucher. I had to buy new tickets.

Capri is an amazing place. HP travel made it very easy for us to do the free and easy tour :) Benedette was a great guide and very insightful.

Budget friendly option to get across to Capri Island. It was more close to a water taxi than a tour.

It was an easy way to get over to Capri from Sorrento There was no tour guide it was just transportation over to capri. Picking up tickets was easy and common with the tour operator was good.

The boat ride itself is fine, but first you need to get on it.
Leaving Sorrento Marina is a circus, no clear direction of where to catch to boat from, no designated pickup point other than somewhere on wharf 3, typical (I later found out) Italian "who cares attitude" to questions from bewildered passengers waiting on the dock. Coming home, absolute mayhem on the Capri dock, several boats came and went owned by the same operator whilst an increasingly large crowd gathered to catch not one, but two apparently cancelled boats back to Sorrento. I say apparently, because even though the reps were present on the dock, they had no information or at least refused to say what was happening when asked; for all the intending passengers were aware of, the boats simply did not turn up.

Very disorganized- We couldn’t figure out how to print out our online tickets. It was difficult to get help from anyone. Many of the workers were rude and just overall unhelpful. Not a great experience.

Our day started in Sorrento with an on-time pick up for our tour to Capri. We were greeted at the dock by Peppe and he and his staff were wonderful and showing us all the information about our day in Capri! We departed for Capri and when we arrived, we set sail again for a tour around the island including the Blue Grotto. They gave narration during the tour around Capri and it was very informative. Our time in the Blue Grotto was very interesting as our small boat got to duck under the small entry and go inside the cave. We had about six hours back in Capri to tour around on our own. We thoroughly enjoyed the day, but we thought the time on Capri could’ve been a little less. Thank you again to Peppe and his staff!

Shoutout to Peppe our tour guide because he spoke 3 languages (Spanish, Italian, and English) during the tour, so he accommodated to everyone's needs. As a Spanish speaker myself, it was very comforting to hear about the beautiful attractions that Capri has to offer. Peppe would also constantly reassure us and ask how we're feeling, so we loved that! This has been by far the best boat tour we had in Italy! 100/10 would take it again <3

We had a great time with HP Travel, Peppe was the best guide and the tour overall was so much fun. We had plenty of time to explore Capri and the tour around the island was great. I would definitely take this tour again. Cheers to Peppe!
