Horrible experience. After more than 18 hours of traveling and with 2 obviously tired children and it was already nightfall we arrived in Cancun and they told us that they do not have a vehicle and that there is a wait of at least 40 minutes. Then they tell us that the wait will arrive in 2 hours and they were not sure. Obviously we had already paid for the service and we didn't want to spend more. We asked (after the first 40 minutes of waiting) what we could do and the same Nexus employees told us that if we took another transportation the company would reimburse us. So we decided to take a taxi. The next day we started the claim and THEY NEVER REFUNDED US ANYTHING OR THEY EVEN CONTACT US. DEFINITELY THEY SCAMMED US!!!!!!!! A SHAME

Terrible service.
To begin with, we had a private trip to the hotel and it was shared, this practice they always do. On the way back from the hotel to the airport, my son left his cell phone by mistake and just like that, the cell phone was not there, they sent a video but the cell phone was lost in the van... a shame, we will not use this transfer again, I do not recommend it

Arrived and located the Nexus area. We were told it would be about 15 min before our ride would be ready bc they are waiting for others to arrive. We waited over an hour and when the driver arrived he was very angry that he had to take us and another couple immediately. He was on his phone talking loud and fast in Spanish, then floored the gas in the airport parking lot and almost hit a lady getting into another van. She had to literally jump out of his way! He continued to drive reckless and speed, weaving in and around cars on the highway! I was literally scared for my life! I will never use them again!

Wow! What a disaster!
From airport to hotel:
Massive confusion! No guidance on where to go, people were being called out one by one, everyone was frustrated and tired of waiting. From hotel to airport:
They didn’t pick us up! We had confirmed our pick up time, when they didn’t show, we called three times and were disconnected, then they didn’t even answer!
We had to quickly grab a taxi in order not to miss our flight!
I have asked to be reimbursed to no avail.

The great thing is they had their booth with the company logo .. very friendly and accommodating .. my plane was delayed so I was able to text them through the app and let them know that I was running late. Everything went smooth. Thank you.

I called to confirm our pick up time the day before, and the day of we were outside and waiting for the shuttle over 20 minutes before they were scheduled to arrive. 15 minutes past the pick up time, I called the company again, to speak to a lovely operator who informed me he was unable to get a hold of the driver, but he thought they would probably show up. After waiting another 15 minutes, we had to pay over $100 US for a taxi to get us to the airport on time. Don’t waste your time or money on this shuttle service for any travel needs such a disappointment!

I contacted them multiple times to change the information on my shuttle pass to the correct information. The first time they messed it up even more, the second agent told me they couldn’t help and I should call my travel agent and the third agent just sent me a confirmation of what they have on their side (again which didn’t match what I was seeing on my shuttle pass). And they would not give me a second to respond back before ending my chat. Please train your agents to speak better and help customers. I’d give zero stars if there was an option.

The pick up was almost 20 minutes late, but the driver was nice and got us to the airport quickly!!!

The staff and driver were friendly. There was only one other person with me. The driver was friendly and knew what he was doing.
