The place is even more beautiful than in the reference images that the boys showed us, the attention of Lizeth, Carlos and Roberto was the best, what a wonderful attitude and service , they gave us several tips that we did not hesitate to apply because they were really good to enjoy the place to the fullest.

Elizabeth Marín at Royalton Splash was exceptional, she answered all of our questions about the tours. We chose Isla Mujeres and it was lovely. Playa Norte didn't disappoint, the food at the beach club was excellent. The beach at the beach club was not the best. Overall it was a good tour

We booked this trip through Nexus Tours. The rep lied to us about the type of boat, what was included, He said it was a high speed speed catamaran which would take about an hour, maximum 20 people. It was an old ferry boat that took 3 hours and 52 people were on it.
We were told we could snorkel on the island by the rep, but boat crew told us this was not allowed.
We were told we would be back by 5pm and the latest and we got back after 7pm exhausted.
Total waste of money, would have been better to stay at the hotel every day.
The island itself was nice and a guide told us about it.
Food was not good.
We did see some turtles on the surface which was lovely and there are lots of iguanas on the island which was the highlight of the day.

We received an amazing service from Luis, Jose, Josh and Alberto at our hotel RIU Dunamar. We had the best time on Isla Mujeres and everything they described to sell us the trip was exactly what we received/experienced once we were on the island. Thank you guys for your kindness and help!

More than the trip (which was also really fun) , Don Joel and Gaby made our entire trip a success. When asking questions about different excursions, they did an amazing job explaining and helping us out. They went out of their way to make our trip, and we will never forget that.
