While the caves were beautiful, it was so crowded. At the end of the concert, where the usher spent the entire time telling people very audibly to put away their cameras, we waited for 30 minutes to go on a 1.5 minute boat ride which was not worth it at all as it went through a place that you could normally see. Also, a significant portion of the trip was spent on the bus picking up and dropping off passengers. If they got rid of half the people on the tour , I would have given it a lot higher of a rating as far less time would be wasted. The views of the island from the bus are great, but not something warranting spending money on this tour to see. The tour guide was very nice, but the bus speakers did not enable us to hear her clearly.

The caves are amazing. The tour got us there in good time and kept us informed. The only reason this gets 4 stars is they said they would have us back at a certain time and we were late, they did change the location of the drop off point to get us right to our cruise ship to make up for it so I appreciate that

What I will remember them of is their rudeness, negligence of clients needs, and their inability to listen to their customers. I was coming on a cruise ship and told them before and was surprised when arriving to Mallorca port that there are no taxis!! Not sure whose mistake is this but this isn’t the problem. I tried to connect with them asking for a number to call them they refused and said we’re available here only (chat through the app). They simply could call me or give me their number so they can arrange for a car from the port to meeting point (15 minutes) for additional fees if they wish. But ignoring me like that isn’t appropriate at all. Eventually I didn’t go, and found a local taxi who robbed me off to take the same tour I was supposed to do with this agency if they were only a more decent and respectful agency.

The caves were neat to see! The concert was cool too! We were sad we didn’t get to do the boat ride across the lake. Too many people to wait in line.

The Dragon Cave in Porto Christo is definitely worth a visit. We were lucky that there weren't that many people in the cave on our tour and we were able to look at everything and take photos in peace (normally: 700 people every hour. For us it was just under half that). Our tour bus picked us up on time and drove us to the entrance of the cave. The price also included entry to the largest artificial pearl factory in the world, "Majorica". Also well worth seeing. Our tour guide Angela was also very friendly and helpful and answered all of our questions.

This excursion consists of 2 x 1 hour bus journeys to/from the caves, a walking tour through the caves that takes 30-45 mins, a boat ride that takes 10 mins (that most folks did not do due to the queue and the insignificance of it) and you travel 100 metres, and a music concert that lasts 10 minutes.
The description of this is very misleading - this is not a boat trip into caves, nor a half day worth. The caves are stunning but we arrived at 1045am and were finished by 12 noon.
Not worth the money - advice would be just to get to the caves on your own steam and pay at the gate, it’s pretty cheap.

Fantastic from the moment we were picked up. Yvette, the tour guide was very knowledgeable and informative, with a good sense of humour.
Saw a very rural Majorca on route, which was lovely. The caves are wonderful, finished off with beautiful classical music and short boat ride. A trip to treasure.
Would recommend your company.
