• Price is per person, based on 8 adults per car/vehicle.
• At the time of the transfer, the driver will wait at the agreed airport pick-up point for a maximum of 60 minutes from the time of flight arrival
• in the unlikely event that you cannot locate the driver at the meeting point, or if you are delayed in customs, immigration, baggage collection or lost luggage, it is your responsibility to call the emergency number or send an email to make contact. If you fail to call the emergency contact number within 60 minutes of the actual landing time for airport collections, and as such the service provider is not made aware of the problem, the service will be considered a no show.
• Rome Fiumicino Airport Directions: After you have collected your luggages, head trough custom and out in the arrival hall. Your driver will be waiting in the arrival hall by the NCC MEETING POINT/LIMO SERVICE holding a signboard with lead traveller name on it.

Our driver was waiting for us and so easy to locate, even after our flight was two hours late. We enjoyed a safe trip to our hotel and our driver offered a bit of “tour” info as we passed by a number of sites! Pleasant experience with no issues!!

Our driver met us near the exit for the Rome airport, as planned, and helped with luggage as we walked to the van. He was professional and efficient, and we arrived at our hotel without incident.

It was fine but nothing outstanding. Driver said very little and car was nice but nothing better than an Uber. Convenience with having this booked in advance otherwise I don’t think it may be worth the price

Not exactly the van in the picture but that could have been because our ride was only for two people. I believe we were in a large sedan. Our driver was very nice and easy to locate right outside the baggage claim area. After meeting him, we had to walk about 5 mins to the parked car which was fine. Overall, this ride was very helpful especially if you are coming in from a long flight with multiple luggages. We were able to be dropped right by our hotel entrance which was great!

Driver stayed close in touch and was there waiting to help with the bags. Very nice car. Driver gave us a mini guided tour on our way to the hotel. Perfect for our family of 5.
