This unforgettable tour to the amazing Lysefjord is absolutely a must if you visit Stavanger! The 42 kilometer long fjord is flanked by steep mountains, some rising over 1000 meters. Visiting the fjord on board a seaworthy RIB is the most exciting way to explore the fjord from sea level.

The people who run this and work for them are amazing, although my part in going on the rib ride was short lived (slipped and badly hurt my ankle, accidents happen, not their fault) from what I was told it was amazing from start to finish, the skipper was amazing and the whole experience was amazing, booked again for next year and hopefully I'm more careful of getting on the rib.

The experience of seeing the amazing views up close. Axel our skipper was passionate, a great story teller, personable, and ensure everyone was having a great time. Highly recommended, easy check in and accessible to town and cruise ports.

Booked this trip via Cunard on a QM2 trip of the Norwegian Fjords. Have got to say it was the highlight tour of the holiday. It was so much fun, I’ve never had a smile on my face permanently for so long.
Personal safety and comfort was considered, we were briefed expertly by Erik our skipper, given warm wet weather suits, life jackets and our personal belongings were kept dry in a dry bag. We were also informed where best to sit if you had a bad back or neck.
It starts off sedately as you leave Stavanger viewing the attractive harbour and surrounding scenery. Then once past the bridge the fun really starts, exhilarating to say the least, all the way to Lysefjord Fjords, where you see water falls, Pulpit rock, wildlife and with beautiful scenery everywhere . All the time you feel in safe, professional hands, whilst the local information and humorous stories from Eirik added to the experience.
I highly recommend this tour and we would definitely do this again if the opportunity arises.

The thrill of speed and awesome views of the majestic fjords have made this a truly unforgettable experience. The fun manoeuvring skills of captain Johnny made us feel safe yet excited at every instant. His sharp eye even spotted some dolphins!
