I purchased tickets and when I got there, they said the tickets weren’t valid wouldn’t compensate me wouldn’t let me purchase new tickets and we didn’t even get to go very unprofessional

Upon walking in, you don’t really know what to expect. The instructions don’t really tell you that there are pictures up about what you’re supposed to do. But, we figured it out along the way. When you see the paintings, it may look basic, but when it’s on camera, it looks cool! We had a lot of fun! It was something low key to do just to get around Spain. i enjoyed the memories I was able to make with my group

An interesting and fun gem of Barcelona to try to experience optical illusions and take lots of photos through the paintings on display made with care and attention to every little detail to give customers an unreal experience that seems 3D!

Nothing exceptional, the visit takes 20 minutes. An idea for a child to take a break from the museums of Barcelona or other monuments

What a great little place - we got the best photos to use afterwards. Fun and clever would recommend. Cheep to enter too.

Worst experience in Barcelona. Absolutely overpriced. We paid almost €10 per person, the place is dirty and outdated, it is difficult to take decent photos because there are big tubes on the ceiling. The place is small, one part is cordoned off due to some new wall paintings - which one could argue make the place a better one.
Calling the place a joke would be an euphemism as it doesn't make you laugh - only the owner laughs. About everyone paying the entrance fee. What about calling the museum 'Museum of Delusions'?
Btw, not even soap is available in the rest rooms.
Btw II, there was no guide.

Btw, not even soap is available at the sinks.

firstly Viator is the worse third party retailer, please book your tours directly with where you want to visit. i paid for a guided tour and got to the museum they said they never offer a guided tour. i contacted viator for a part refund as this is a misrepresentation. you are misleading people which is legal crime.

It excedes my expectations and it was very fun. I like the variety of photos I could take. It was very funny the photo with the presidents.

This wasn’t what I expected. It’s quite small and not very varied. Some pretty artwork where you can take cool photo. Would be good for children but wasn’t that exciting for two adults. Overpriced for what it is
