The drivers were very helpful, and knowledgeable about the local area. The pick up was on time with no issues. I particularly liked the opportunity to pick up a grocery shop on route.

We were very happy with this shuttle service. Great communication and updates, prompt , helpful and professional. We really appreciated having Don as our driver. Not only did we get to our destination smoothly and without any stress, we also learned so much from him about the area, its attractions and way of life. Thank you!

I made a great decision choosing Cheers to get my Family from the Kelowna airport to Silver Star Mountain! From the time of booking to the time of pickup, the communication with Cheers was perfect. Shuttles were on time and the drivers are super friendly.
I would definitely choose Cheers again.

I arranged transportation from silver star ski resort to a personal residence in Coldstream for a family member. Lou was very responsive and professional when making the booking. The shuttle arrived on time and the driving was excellent.
Would absolutely book again! Price was very reasonable!

Pick up was on time. Don was very knowledgeable on the local area and gave us a nice transfer to Silverstar. His commentary on the local area and its features was excellent. We stopped for groceries on the way at Vernon which set us up nicely for our stay in our apartment at Silverstar. Would not hesitate to use Cheers Okanagan again. Excellent service.

From start to finish, it was an excellent experience.
We took a private shuttle from Kelowna to Silver Start. Communication was almost immediate every step of the way, including at time of booking, leading up to the transfers in both directions and texting at time of arranged meeting.
The stops at the liquor store were seamless and appreciated.
The vehicle was clean and roomy, and our diver Don was very friendly and efficient.
We took a private shuttle for four of us to limit Covid exposure, and it was very reasonably priced.

Our driver Don was so friendly and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to get a ride from him. On time both ways and happy to help! Lou in the office was super helpful when booking.

Given the current situation with Covid, I decided to book a private shuttle from the airport to SilverStar for my adult daughter and I for our 10th annual Mom and Daughter Ski Trip.
Everything about our experience was great!
We had some air travel changes before departure which were handled easily and clearly by the Cheers group.
Upon landing, we had already received a test from our driver, Don, that he was waiting for us. He was also promptly waiting for us on our return trip.
Don was delightful! He shared his knowledge and love of this beautiful area with us on the drive both ways.
Our private shuttle booking allowed for grocery and liquor pickups (preordered online) which is a great option when you don't need (or want) to rent a car.
Don did not need to offer us masks as we were totally prepared to wear them in the vehicle with him. I would hope others would pay their driver the same respect.
This was one of the most pleasant travel transportation experiences I have had.
I would use Cheers again in a minute...and we will definitely be back to the area and not just for skiing.
I look forward to trying one of their Wine Tours! Cheers!
