• Things to bring: Umbrellar/ Hat, shirts (protect skins in the hot summer & strong sun, shoes/ sandals/ flip flops, swimming suits, towels, small money, sunglasses, suncream, camera, small waters (glass water bottle/thermos water bottle), snacks, raincoats, insect spray... Jackets (in the Winter).
• 8.00 – 9.00AM: Pick up at hotels in Hanoi old quarter (time to pick up depending your hotel locations...). If customers don't stay in Hanoi old quarter, pls come to Hanoi Opera house, 01 Trang Tien street before 8.00AM or Hanoi Aira boutique hotel & spa, 38A Tran Phu street at 8.20AM or CIS coffee shop, 162 Tran Quang Khai street at 8.50AM to get on the bus.

• Do not tip if asked by local people, we cannot stop them but warning to our tourist)
• Ha Long Bay is so beautiful and it's crowded every day, especially in summer and weekends -> it is often overcrowded by Vietnamese tourists in summer. But we’re the smallest group tour in Halong bay
• Sometimes, you will see garbages on Ha Long Bay due to changes in flowing water and tides, garbages from other places come to to Ha Long Bay. Government, local people, travel companies... are trying their best to clean up Ha Long Bay.
• For the best trip, we need your cooperation. Please tell us all the problems, questions if you have. Our tour guide is always there to help you.
• We also hope that customers will respect all other tourists in the group, respect the culture, timetable and common principles...
• Water is free on the bus. But follow up the policy of Halong bay administration about environment, they don't allow to bring plastic bottle water to the boat & visit spots. But tourists can bring multi-use bottle/ glass bottle/ thermos bottle...Or you can leave your plastic water bottle in your bag to pass the gate!
• Customers stay in Hanoi old quarter but don't see hotel/ address in the list to book -> No worries, please choose any hotel option that you can see in the list just to finish the booking, then we will come to pick up. Customers need to contact us via email/ phone/ zalo/ whatsaap to confirm the pick up information in this case as soon as possible
• Customers don't stay in Hanoi old quarter, please choose any hotel option that you can see/ or choose "hotel is not listed" just to finish the booking, then contact by emaill/ phone/ whatsaap/ zalo...-> we will recommend the best pickup point then.
• Customers stay on International cruise trip: If your cruise ship habour name is Halong international cruise port, we can arrange the cruise trip that is the same habour & customers just need to walk from your ship to our pick up point around 12.00PM (just 5 minutes). If your cruise ship habour is Cai Lan port, customers need to take a taxi to our Tuan Chau Marina habour at 12.00PM (20 minutes tranfer) or please contact us in advance to arrange pick up services with additional fees.

The cruise was amazing, food was brilliant. A buffet with loads of options. All the viewpoints were great and included swimming, kayaking, caves and hiking. Very friendly staff, in particular our tour guide, Ken, who made us feel welcomed the whole day and was full of energy.

This was a very over crowded tour and lots of people, over 30 in our bus and many other boats! Nevertheless, we had a long drive on the bus and stopped a few times. The oyster and pearl shops en route was totally unnecessary as we were quite close to the port. Another irritant, we couldn't take water on the boat (plastic) and we had to buy all our drinks, non alcoholic beverages, as it was not included in the lunch package. We also had to ask the tour guide for water on the bus back to Hanoi, that was really warm. Overall, a beautiful place but over tourism is making it an unpleasant experience! Paddle boats (kayaking) were bumping into each other, very unsafe!

Great excursion outside of the city. Really fun activities! The trip was long but really enjoyable. I met numerous women who were also traveling solo. We had a great day together.

Amazing scenery at Ha Long Bay is absolutely stunning. There are several activities to participate in. However, the 2.5 hour bus ride each way to/from Hanoi might overshadow the actual activities (beach swim, hike up mountain, cave, kayak), which felt very structured and routine. Nice lunch was served. Just know it's a very popular excursion with LOTS of other guests there from other boats.

Le site est un joyau, mais envahi par un tourisme de masse. Toute la baie est une poubelle à ciel ouvert ( sac ou bouteilles plastique en tout genre. Sacs de déchets . Flacs des gazoil.....) c'est devenu immonde.. Nous n'avons pas du tout apprécié à cause de cette pollution.

Phong was the best travel guide!!!! Very friendly and everything was hassle free! Came to our hotel and picked up us. Just had to follow him and everything else was sorted!
I forgot to bring change of clothes! Ha Long Bay is very hot so you need to bring a change of clothes after your activities.
It is REALLY important to bring extra clothes and a towel.
