We teach and let you make your own Curry Paste from scratch using Motar and Pestle (No MSG and no buying ready made ones from the market)
Also as a part of our cooking, we visit the local market (for classes with market tour) to learn and taste local exotic fruits and vegetables. There is always an abundance of new things to see and taste.

Friendly staff who are happy to assist and help with great cooking tips. Very beginner friendly, so if you’re feeling a bit tired on holiday then this is an ideal cooking class. There’s opportunity to buy produce from the market too if you choose the market option. You also get to meet people from all over the world which was great for a solo traveller like me.

Great class! You make 4 different dishes, completely from scratch, then eat them. Authentic, fresh ingredients, probably the freshest curry you'll eat in Thailand! Thai cooking involves a lot more excitement than I expected! Be sure to come hungry, and ready to move

So fun! Best Tom yum I’ve ever had… for the second time in a row! I dreamt about this since my 2019 class with VJ and today’s Tom Yum did not disappoint.
