In this all included tapas tour, discover Madrid’s vibrant tapas scene alongside a knowledgeable guide during a 3-hour evening tapas tour of the city. 1. Plaza de Santa Ana
Meeting Point. Important to be on time. The tour departs on time. Meet your guide in Santa Ana Square, and set off on a tapas crawl of the city, exploring the best bars that only locals really know of. As you stroll, your guide will chat to you about Madrid, the local cuisine and, of course, the tapas bars that no great evening in Madrid should be without! Like all Spanish cities, Madrid has its own regional cuisine with an emphasis on use of local ingredients. Perhaps more so than others, Madrid has been influenced by its immigrant population, who’ve brought in flavors and ideas as cosmopolitan as the city itself. Visit up to four bars on your tour of the town, enjoying wine tastings in each. Sample beautiful Spanish wines made from well-known grapes like tempranillo, malvar, garnacha, and parellada, and enjoy a complimentary tapa (tapas dish) to complement the wine's flavors. Everything was amazing, our host, the food and the new people we met.

It was very well organized and such a friendly host (she was so funny and informative).

The tapas was top quality and such a great variety. Wine very delicious.

This tour was fantastic. Got a chance to eat some good food and learn a lot about the local culture. Our guide was fantastic, funny and knowledgeable. The food choices were light but satisfying and the guide did a good job in pairing the drinks recommendations. We met some great people and funny enough as big as the city is we ran into some of them a few time the rest of our time in Madrid.

This tour was the perfect introduction to Madrid. Osmel was passionate about Madrid and its food and wine. We were offered wine options and there were generous offerings of tapas at each restaurant. The choices of restaurants were good too. Each one had it’s own personality, giving us an overview of what there is to choose from in Madrid. We returned to Fontin a couple of days later for an Asturian dinner and thoroughly enjoyed food we don’t get at home, plus a delightful waitstaff.

We had so much fun on this tour. The locations are all fairly close if you have anyone with mobility issues. The food was delicious! I still can’t believe how full I was at the end. The wine was fantastic as well. And you had options. This was one of our favorite tours we did. The guide Nacho was great! He was fun and gave us some history along the way.

Really plain and boring food, Spain’s got much more tasty stuff to try than what we got served here! Guide was knowledgeable about the wine we got, but didn’t really give us anything extra about the city, culture or history. Try a tasting menu at a nice restaurant instead and you will have a greater culinary experience.

We adored this tour! Our guide was so much fun and so knowledgeable. We went to multiple tiny tapas places in Madrid, learned about local wine and tapas customs and ate SO MUCH GOOD FOOD! Such a great day, would recommend to anyone.
