We took several tours during our recent stay in Marseille and Aix-en-Provence. The Luberon Market and village tours starting point was in Aix-en-Provence.
Of all the tours we took, this was our favorite. If I could give this tour an extra star I would.
Our tour guide and driver, Arnaud from the tour company A la Francasie" was outstanding. His english was flawless, his driving abilities superb, his knowledge of the locations was impressive and he was always available to taking priceless photos of those on the tour. Thank you Arnaud for being such an outstanding guide.
The van utilized was first class, comfortable seats and air conditioning worked flawlessly.
The people on the tour were very friendly and fun to tour with.
The highlights of the tour was the locations we were able to visit: Gordes, Lourmarin, Roussillon and Abbaye Notre Dame de Senanque and the Fontaine-de-Vaucluse. Each location had its distinct characteristics and each location was charming in many different ways.
The only downside of the tour was that it ended and we had to leave the Provence area and return to the states.
If you only have time to take one tour, this is the tour I would recommend. We really enjoyed the other tours we took, to include the sunset lavendar fields tour, but this tour stood out from the others as being truly amazing through and through.

Visiting great towns in French countryside. Our guide was knowledgeable and made the journey enjoyable. Our stops were fun and we were allotted time to explore on our own.

We had a great day with our tour guide, Arnaud who was very informative and funny. The car was very comfortable for our small group. We loved all the villages and had enough time for pictures, shopping and eating. This was a great way to see some beautiful areas and not worry about driving.

Arnoud was so good to us! A great driver and very personable. I wish I sat in the front seat to hear all the history! This tour was packed full of things but I wouldn’t have cut anything out. Will recommend to friends who are visiting.

My family ages 18-85+ took this tour with Laurent. He was lovely. The tour is scenic the entire way. It has the right mix of leisurely walking and adventure. Lourmarin is a small mostly flat village. We explored some hidden paths and tunnels and the castle. Roussillon is hilly but manageable. It’s too beautiful to describe and can’t be missed. This stop was more than two hours so we enjoyed a lovely lunch with a view and still had time to explore the village. We drove through several villages, including Gordes and stopped for photos. Fontaine-de-Vaucluse was the final village. It’s located on a beautiful stream with the clearest water. The hike along the stream is difficult for those with reduced mobility because there are two barriers to climb over. The source of the stream water comes from the ground (300m deep chasm) against the backdrop of a massive limestone rock cliff. For those with reduced mobility, the village is shady and pretty with plenty of seating to enjoy the stream. This would be a great location for lunch as well. Again, Laurent was very sweet and he made sure to park in the most accessible locations. Merci!

The viwes are wonderfull and the Day was very pleasent. Driver/guide was very heliófilo and the placês he recomended were very good.

I will rate our trip 6 stars if I could! I asked Pepe, our guide for advice on how to get to Bonnieux (which is not on this tour’s itinerary), and he surprised us by passing by for a photo op! As advertised, all villages were postcard perfect! Thanks team! We had a special day!
