Enjoy some of Mexico City’s must-see spots with our ‘Colors of Mexico’ adventure.

Your day begins in Coyoacán, one of Mexico’s most influential cities. As you wander its tree-lined streets, you’ll learn how this city played a part in historical empires like the Aztec and Spanish.

Then visit la Casa Azul (if option selected), Frida Kahlo’s home and now museum. We’ll immerse ourselves in the trailblazing life of one of Mexico’s most original artists.

From the inspired art of Frida Kahlo, we’ll head to the eye-catching Xochimilco and board a trajinera - a colorful, gondola-like boat - for a ride through the neighborhood’s famous canals. As you indulge in local treats , your guide will share the incredible details of what makes this area a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Before finishing the tour, walk around North America's oldest university and admire its Central Campus, another World Heritage site.

The whole day was fantastic! Loved the murals at the University. We had excellent guides and stopped for very nice lunch. The Frieda Kahlo museum/ home was beautiful and interesting collections of her art and what she enjoyed.

The tour was amazing! The guides are so helpful and friendly. We had SAL, YAHIR and they were amazing. They explain everything so fully and have an amazing attitude. They are helpful and friendly they have great recommendations and will make you feel comfortable and enjoy the time. The tour goes by fast, you get to see places in a good timeline. Frida kahlo tour goes by fast but there much to see and limited time but they try to give everyone time to see it. I loved it and recommend it it’s definitely worth the price and it’s safe and clean!

Our English tour guide was Salvador. He was incredibly knowledgeable on history and was super excited to spend time with us! He made sure to give clear directions so that we knew where to meet and what to do. Salvador and Jair were incredibly helpful and kind!

We had taken Teotihuacán tour a few days before and I was so lucky to have the same tour guide. Alan was amazing and I was so happy to have him again. He was very knowledgeable about city and surrounding areas. I took the tour with my young kids and they also enjoyed the tour specially Xochimilco. Would do this tour again

My family and I (total of 8) booked a private tour and had an exceptional experience with Alan, our tour guide. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and accommodating to our needs and requests. The private tour allowed us to customize our itinerary, skipping unwanted stops and spending more time at places of interest such as the Frida Kahlo Museum and the boat ride.

The boat ride is only as fun as you make it, and I strongly recommend spending the extra money for the mariachi band, food, drinks, and various stops along the river. Our family particularly enjoyed the opportunity to see some exotic animals, which was the highlight of the boat ride.

The tour lasted the entire day, so be prepared for a full day of activities. I highly recommend this tour!

We were 5 minutes late at the pickup place due to traffic and they left without us. We tried to catch up with the next pickup location but again, couldn’t due to traffic. Interfacing with the tour guide was impossible. I tried to contact the tour guide multiple times including the day before. I don’t recall receiving any confirmations the day before or any other contact except to “bring an umbrella”. This is in stark contrast to our hot air balloon tour that we booked for the day before. We were well serviced on that tour and had good/much better communication.

The lunch option was terrible, we weren’t the only ones disappointed with it. Why take us to a random seafood buffet restaurant in the middle of literally nowhere BEFORE going to one of the most lovely and energetic food cities (Coayahacan)? Obviously the tour operator is profiting from the business it’s giving the restaurant but that is really a bad idea and impacted our experience really poorly. Hosts were friendly.

Loved every minute of this tour. Although it was a hot day and there was a bit of walking, our tour guide Ruben was attentive and the tour was comfortable! Ruben was a passionate guide and we enjoyed hearing historical facts from him in English. On this tour you’ll get a taste of everything: shopping, art history, yummy seafood lunch, and a chill party on a boat! All in one day!
Make sure to read the details of your booking, as it’s not all inclusive. And enjoy what this magical place called CDMX has to offer!
