Begin your experience at Marina Las Perlas. Depending on the option you select, you will have to arrive here on your own, or you will be picked up at your hotel. Once at the marina, the personnel on-site will proceed with the check-in and the collection of the dock fee.

Begin your experience boarding a catamaran and sailing the Mexican waters of the Caribbean Sea. Enjoy the comfort of this vessel and be amazed by the gorgeous views as you cruise along the surface of these crystalline waters. While onboard, feel the heat of the sun on your skin and the sea breeze as you enjoy the Caribbean animated ambiance on the catamaran.

After a pleasant journey along the sea, stop at a reef in these waters and jump into the water to do some snorkeling. First, you will receive the respective instructions on how to use the equipment. Once the explication is over, dive for about 30 minutes through the crystal-clear waters while admiring the beautiful marine landscape. * The reef at which clients will do the snorkeling activity may vary depending on the day.
4. Club Playa Mexico
After the snorkeling experience, board the catamaran again until finally reaching the main destination: Isla Mujeres. Once here, head to a Beach Club, where you will be able to relax and continue having drinks from an open bar. In addition, depending on the option you select, you will be able to enjoy a buffet lunch. Make the most of your day by seizing each minute at this incredible place! * The Beach Club access may vary depending on the day.
5. Isla Mujeres
After spending some time at the Beach Club, you will be given some free time to explore the center of Isla Mujeres at your own pace to do whatever you prefer: have a walk across its streets, or go shopping in one of the island's many designer boutiques and souvenir shops!
6. Cancun
To end this special experience, embark again on the catamaran, and admire for the last time the breathtaking views of Isla Mujeres as you approach Cancun. Relax and take in the most beautiful sea views, enjoy your stay at a Beach Club, and take advantage of the free time offered to explore the main streets of Isla Mujeres!

The destination seemed like a wonderful place to me. Like the restaurant that welcomed us.
The catamaran service was good, unfortunately due to the inclement weather it was not possible to enjoy it 100%

Perfect amount of time to snorkel without getting super exhausted! And just the right amount of time on the island for shopping and the beach! Lunch on the opposite of the island was a great location to relax and eat.

I researched a particular tour and instead of booking third party, I ended up booking directly through Amigo Tours, even though it was $70 more. I booked directly because I felt that was the safest option since it was out of country.
The tour was advertised as an 8 hour tour (10 if you included transportation). I chose this particular tour because I felt it would give us the most time on the island we were visiting. The tour ended up only being 6 1/half hours (8 with transportation). This was highly disappointing for me, because this specifically why I chose this particular tour.
I was under the impression that we would spend two hours at a port/stop/beach so we had made plans to do other activities while on the island during this two hour timeframe. But upon arrival, we were told what time to be back at the boat at a particular time, which only left us with about an hour and 20 minutes. Plus, there were lots more people on the catamaran boat (around 80ish) so the loading, unloading process, took an additional 10 minutes each time so we ultimately only had less than an hour, which did not leave us enough time for our activity.
The catamaran boat staff were accommodating and friendly, so we still had a good time, but we did not get what booked.
Do not book this tour and expect 8-10 hours, and if you decide to book, go with the third party and save some cash, because it cost our family of 5 (including children) close to $600 just to take a crowded boat ride, eat a buffet and swim next to the boat because we didn’t have time to do anything else.
Also, be prepared that the boat is so crowded that you may spend the entire time in the sun because there is not enough shaded seats, and it can get miserablely hot.

It was very good for the price, the bar was very open after snorkeling and then at the buffet and all the way home. They guys were fun and accommodating. It was VERY hot so be prepared. But overall it was a good time.

As a travel agent, this experience was definitely a 4 star. Being, I paid for my family to receive a “Premium Full Experience” for all inclusive as stated on the description.

Once we were picked up from the hotel, arrive to the dock we were told to pay a ‘Transportation Fee’ which was already paid for via Viator. I asked to speak to a supervisor and after speaking with one, he stated he doesn’t see my reservation with the fee included.

After personally calling “Amigo Tours” to then call this boat dock, to inform them the transportation fee was paid for was a total inconvenience after the supervisor went back and forth with me after I had given him 2 forms of proof, validating this already being paid.

Viator, Amigo Tours and this third party needs to communicate with one another to avoid this front happening again to someone else.

Our boat left us on Isla Mujeres with no way to get back to Cancun and our hotel. They did not check on us and had no regard for our safety. I will be contacting someone to get a refund for this trip.
