We only went for kids waterpark. It was close and the refuse to refund our money! We could have just travel to a beach for 10.00!

Dirty beach, awful food. Service was great, the guys were working very hard. We went on a windy day while in port from a cruise and all the inflatables were pulled out of the water and activities were all cancelled due to it being so windy. This also made the water dirtier than usual, which I understand is no fault of the resort but all things considered, just not a great time. We go to places like this a lot and aren’t hard to please but this was just dirty.

Upon arrival we were told there would not be any blow ups in the water due to weather, little did we know we also were not allowed to get in the water at the beach or have access to any other amenities. We also did not get access to food or drinks and were charged extra for that. We basically spent $300+ to sit in a beach chair for less than 1 hour due to amenities not being accessible according to the facility. Upon leaving I was told I could request a partial refund via the website I booked with by staff, however when I submitted my refund request it was denied.

Place is filthy, beach is not a great place to swim. Hot tub was broken. Better off just going to beach.

We booked this to be able to enjoy the ocean activities (inflatables, water tricycle, kayaks, etc). Not only was NONE of that available, we weren’t even allowed to get in the ocean at all. We basically paid $200 for use of a swimming pool, even though the beach clubs on either side had all of their water activities open (Playa Mía said it was closed due to weather, but it was not an issue for all the other clubs? They have 2 small slides, but only one was open). We ended up paying to go somewhere else and had a great time. The tour operator emailed at 11:30pm the night before (which I didn’t see since I was obviously sleeping), recommending that we reschedule, but that was impossible since we were on a cruise. TripAdvisor will not refund. Won’t book here again.

The pictures are false advertisement. The water bouncy objects are much smaller than the picture. They closed them down due to wind 20 minutes after we got there. There was one slide open out of three. Awful experience.

Our experience would have been much better if you all cleaned up the beach. There was too much seaweed in the water and on the beach. I understand that it’s hard to control in the water but it could have been raked off the beach.
My 3 year old loved the splash pad and pool.

I loved the sailing, the guide for the sail boat was awesome, he helped me up when I fell and the food was great the beach had too much sea weed though but the pools were amazing
