The pick up from the airport was fine.
They did not show up at our hotel on time. Got a text they would be late, I told we would wait the amount of minutes they requested.
Still not there. More than 15 min later I called a taxi and paid for that. On the way they called us to say they were at the resort. We were already on our way! Traffic was minimal so no excuse there and I'm not going to possibly miss an international flight.
Their paperwork says they will wait in your hotel Lobby for 15 minutes and then your a No Show. We'll they did that to us. I've requested half refund in text and email with no reply. I'll be disputing the charge on our credit card now. Would not use again.

Went with this company because it had ok reviews and price was decent. Arrived and found guy to call shuttle and that was fine waited about 20 min for shuttle though. Was not bad though and got us where we needed to go and nice driver. It is for the return pickup that I paid for and was set. Gave the company 30 minutes from pickup time and called and was put on hold for another 15 before I finally hung up and called a Uber to pick us up. No call & no show. Tried to email with no response from company period to make it right.
