The entire crew was amazing. I highly recommend this excursion. There are no high pressure sales and the majority of the time you are in the water snorkeling.

We enjoyed the staff and experience. The amount of time snorkeling was perfect. I wish we would have been able to see more variety of fish but that is not anyones fault. The instruction was great and will definitely do it again.

The meeting place is a very short walk from the Royal Caribbean port. Which is one of the reasons we chose this company.
The guides were friendly. One stayed in the water the entire time. We went as a family with ages ranging from 9- adult. The kids had never been snorkeling before and everyone felt safe. There were fins and life vests that you could use. The snorkels are cheap plastic ones that you get to keep as a souvenir. So if you prefer a nicer set, then bring your own.They offered plenty of water and soda.
Our family had a great time. The only thing that was a little disappointing (having snorkeled in different areas before) was there wasn’t a lot of variety of fish in the areas that they took us. Thank goodness they fed the fish to bring them up closer and in more abundance- that really helped. The kids enjoyed it and it was the perfect amount of time for beginners. The reefs were very close so there wasn’t a lot of time spent getting to the 3 stops. I felt they allowed sufficient time in the water. If you have experience snorkeling- you might want to try a different reef.

The hotel meet up was 10 minute walk from the cruise terminal. The guys working on the boat were fun and full of energy. They took us to three different spots to look at the reef each a deeper depth. It was amazing and would do ot again hands down!! Highly recommend booking this rather than through any cruise line. We booked a later time and they accommodated us with an earlier time and they accepted additional guests to join our party last minute.

axtually quite good for the price , but you need to take taxi from and back of , it cost me 15 usd from dt to the hotel and 10 from hotel to dt.Becuz princess cruise changed their terminal accidentally.
And for the taxi from dt to the hotel the fix cost should be 10 usd as well, yes I got ripped off from the taxi hope you guys don't.

This is a great tour if you’re a first-time snorkeler or just a little short on time. We got to explore the reefs in the nature reserve and saw gorgeous tropical fish and coral formations. Good option if you want a taste of Cozumel without committing to a full-day tour. Julian, our guide, was hilarious and fun to hang out with!
