The tour with Alber was really great! I can highly recommend to book the tour with him. He was very friendly, communication before the tour was good and he is very knowlegable about the sites and historic details. His passion for the ancient times really caught me and I was happy to tour with him! Many thanks to Alber for making this experience interesting, insightful and very nice!

Driver and guide were very good, and tried to balance and adapt to the guests' varied interests. Given the distances, I don't think we could have done more in the time available.
My main issue was scheduling - I signed up for a 6:00 start, and received a sequence of messages shifting to 7:00, then 7:30, then 7:45, and was actually picked up just before 8:00 (I was the last pickup in Cairo). If the actual start time had been made clear, I would have picked a different, earlier tour. A second issue was visibility - from the back seat of a van with 10 people, it was often difficult to see things when the guide said "on your left, you can see ...", and at times it was hard to hear the guide.
In retrospect, I wish I had paid a bit more for a private tour, but that isn't the tour's fault. :-)

This trip was extremly misleading and did not specify the actual time stamps nor the travel time.
First, we chose a 7 am pick up time and they sent a text saying that they want to come at 630. We couldn't do that due to personal schedules and they don't directly say that our pick up times are subject to change before buying the tickets.
Second, the trip from Cairo to Alexandria is more than 4 hours, not two. Between your own pick up and gathering other passengers, you stay in the car for more than 4 hours and get back in 4-4.5 hours. It doesn't say that in the description.
Third, we did not attend every place listed in the itinerary. We went to 3 places in a different order. The tour guide, Yusuf, was great because he was informative and genuinely showed interest in the history of alexandria. But again, the trip is misleading and you don't get what you expect. It's hard to blame him when he tried his best to fit the entire trip in a disorganized trip.
It's not fair to paying tourists to choose this jam packed schedule only to fall behind because they're not telling you what you are truly getting for the expensive price. If it's not expected to make it to each place, don't list it. Don't pretend that the drive is less than 3 hours.
Alexandria is still beautiful and definitely worth the visit. Just not with this company.

Another wonderful tour with our guide DOAA. First one was to Saqqara and Giza(exclusive) .Today we headed to Alexandria. Our guide was once again full of knowledge and energy. The driver was very skilled and cooperative. The food was excellent. On the whole, we highly recommend the company and especially the guide.

Fun and Exciting
This was an exciting tour made pleasant by our guide Mohammed. He was enthusiastic and friendly. The sharing of the history about the sites made the visit more meaningful. He allowed us enough time on our own to enjoy the moment without hurrying us.
