We booked this because we were advised that it included the entrance to the coliseum. I even communicated with your representatives on 2 occasions. We were lied to.

Terrible experience! The name is the bus company wasn’t indicated on the ticket. The address on the Viator website was wrong and the stand where we received the vouchers lied to us; they sent to us to another tent and come to find out it was the original one we were at. The lady we called wasn’t helpful. Not booking these types of tours through Viator: book direct at the bus.
