We booked this tour last week, but nowadays, Bali's trafic jam has been getting so terrble.
We started the assigned time from this company, but it was unusual traffiic jam and took 2 hours for just 3km to drive, and we had just 1 hour by Show but still 20km remained.
They reccomend to change 2nd show but Google map said we coudn't make it and return could be so late,,, so we gave up.
I think, this is unusual situation, no one's foult, so we should split this cost (for example, 50% refund), so I asked this company after but they refused.
So especially if you stay at heaby traffic area like Kuta, be careful to buy this trip.
If you want to go to this show, I reccomend to stay near Uluwatu temple.

The Kecak dance is an incredible experience and definitely worth visiting. Especially the 6pm show. Although you can purchase a ticket yourself for cheaper, we were thankful to have Bagus as our guide, he kept us clear of any thieving monkeys, retrieved our show tickets faster than we could have, and took lovely photos of us in the temple. He was very informative and friendly. And we now have a driver to our next destination. Thank you Bagus.

Excellent service and the company is very professional, they provide prompt response reliable service.
Our driver and tour guide Wayan Suwastu was so good 👍, he took us everywhere and stayed with us throughout the trip and he made sure we should get the best seats which was not possible without his help.

Just back from a memorable stay in Bali. Our last experience was attending the Kecak fire dance at Uluwatu temple, southern tip of Bali. Kadek , our local guide duly picked us up at our hotel, answered any questions we had, showed us around the area and provided tickets for the 6pm show - advising us re the better positioning in the amphitheatre to see the show and sunset.
The dance/chanting and characters were unique - never seen anything like this; going through the story of the Prince, Princess.White monkey etc, even managing some humor and audience participation- truly memorable and not to be missed.
A word of warning- it was hot and sun baked whilst waiting on the hard steps in the theatre - take a hat/sunshade/ cushion/ water. Will make the experience more enjoyable.

We had booked the later show so that we can tour the Uluwatu temple. Our driver Nyoman rushed us through the temple as we arrived 5:35 and insisted we go to the 6:00pm show. We told him and showed him the clearly advertised 7:00pm show. He lied to us and told us there is NO 7:00pm show. We ended up sitting up at the top and were cramped like sardines. If that wasn’t enough, on our way back he got off the main road and went into inside road with no lights and single road and also ran over a dog. He got lost several times in multiple dead ends and he had no idea where he was going, we needed to using our gps to navigate him out. He would tell not to worry to shut us up. I asked him several times why is trailed off the main road, it was unsafe with no answer. This was very scary experience for us and did not expect this for sure. Overall extremely unprofessional and unsafe

Our guide Jana picked us up promptly and with our driver was able to offer us a coffee/tea tasting which we enjoyed enroute to the Temple. We arrived in ample time to learn about the history of the temple and area and see it thoroughly. Jana was very knowledgeable, respectful and readily shared information. He forewarned us about the monkeys which steal hats and glasses, waited with us after he obtained the tickets for the Kecak dance to make sure we were comfortable with the process of lining up and entry/exit and met us after the performance. He patiently answered our many questions and we felt we learned a great deal about Balinese life and culture. The Kecak Dance was a vibrant performance and gave us more sense of the history of Bali. Entry and exit went smoothly despite the crowds and long wait. An experience not to be missed!
