Many years ago, when I was in Mexico, I took a food tour with the same company. This time, with my husband, we decided to do the cooking class. We’d like to take cooking classes during our travels, and this class was the best so far. It was so thoughtful and personal, like learning to cook in your Mexican grandma’s house. We worked as a team, cooking together with four other participants, and then enjoyed the meal together.
The food we cooked was simple yet delicious. I even made the tortillas with my kids as soon as I got back home. Our chef, Jose, was fantastic and super helpful. The best part was the cocktails. I had many Mezcalitas in Mexico, but the best one was the one prepared during the class.
It was a great experience and a wonderful memory from our Mexican trip that we will always cherish. Highly recommended!

Such fun! My kids and I had such a blast going to the market and picking out fresh items for our homemade meal! What a treat! We really enjoyed the experience and teaching we received! We made sopa and homemade tortillas—- along with tacos pastor! It was such fun and really amazing experience! This is a top experience of our trip!! (And we did a lot!)

This a great time. A visit to the market is very fun. The chef is outstanding and we prepared three or four courses. I highly recommend this if visiting Mexico City.

This was a fun and informative way to immerse ourselves in Mexican food and culture. Jose is a great host, knowledgeable about ingredients and techniques and has an easy nature. We all enjoyed our hands on meal prep and learned some new ways to prepare ingredients and cocktails.

Deanna was absolutely amazing. One of the best cooking classes I have taken. We were busy in the kitchen and had lots of fun. The food was amazing and she turned us in to some amazing mole!! Thank you and highly recommend

Ile was outstanding, her smooth explaining of how to make mexican dishes made the experience excellent! My 12 year old son really enjoyed it and asked to come back to learn more

This cooking class was awesome. I highly recommend this tour if you have time in Mexico City. The host chef was great and all the things we prepared and ate were good.

We had a fantastic time at our cooking class - first the market visit was great, then we spent a couple of hours making mole, tortillas, salsas, guacamole and tamales. It was a fantastic experience and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Mexico City.
