Xcaret was an amazing experience. There was something going on every hour in every area. The food and drink was delicious. There is so much to explore and see it is an all day trip.

El mejor parque que he visitado. Fuimos en familión de 10 desde adultos mayores hasta un niño de 5 años, todos lo disfrutamos mucho. Increible como se pensó cada detalle, desde los casilleros, los baños, los basureros, aunque nos llovió a mares igual lo agradecimos porque caminar 20 km al sol no se si hubiese sido lo mejor. Debo reconocer que no le tenía mucha fe al espectáculo de la noche pero me sorprendió el montaje y el espectáculo en general. Incluso, mi hijo menor que lo dio todo durante todo el día cayó dormido y el personal a cargo nos dio sillas preferenciales para no tener que subir hasta el punto más alto del teatro que ya estaba lleno.
Puntos a mejorar dentro de tanta maravilla, los salvavidas podrían tener un upgrade para personas que no sabemos nadar o una tabla para facilitar el nado en los rios.
El precio de las fotos con los delfines es demasiado elevado, o podría estar incluido en el precio global.
Todo el resto es una maravilla, si quieren ver todo vayan muy temprano con ropa cómoda.

La excursión bien y el parque perfecto la ida del hotel al parque perfecto la explicación de Denise muy buena pero a la vuelta pésimo malísima organización nos mandaron a diferentes autobuses mientras llovia muy fuerte cada persona del personal te decía una cosa diferente y cuando por fin nos subimos al autobús tuvimos que hacer una parada por qué llevaba el autobús gente de otro hotel que no era el de nuestro complejo hotelero y otro chofer que su autobús iba a nuestro complejo únicamente y nos cerró la puerta en la cara diciendo que no había sitio pero se veía que había espacio libre.

Original Review: Cool animals and the lazy river is good especially if the bats are flying around. That's about it...... Expensive day without doing any activities.... And the coach journey home is a joke!! Save your money!!
Additional Info: The aviary is good, The butterfly garden had about 12 butterfly's in it! The aquarium is average. The ruins also average, go to Tulum or Chichen Itza. The snorkelling is average also.
Signposting isn't great, near the river cruise thing it send you to a section that is closed!
Its £147 per adult if you book 14 days in advance or £164 if not, it includes one meal so if you stay for the evening show you will need to buy more food the buffets are £40 per person!
Everything is aimed to take extra money from you, unsure how the local working class can afford to go here!
We where on the Riviera Maya, the bus seemed to come from Tulum and then up the motorway and collected people as you go, this is fine........ I would have expected the bus to do the same thing dropping people off at the end of the day and drive down the motorway to drop of the first people who got on in the morning that way everybody has had the same amount of time on the coach! Oh no they dropped the closest people of first! then you have to drive back up the motor way to turn around and go back! its ridiculous!!

My husband and I have been to Mexico a couple of times. Our 9-year old son finally wanted to go with us. We took him. We incorporated a couple of different tours/excursions into our trip for him. This was the highlight. We LOVED everything about Xcaret. It is literally a outdoor person's perfect amusement park. It has culture, cenotes, river cruises, unique animals, snorkeling, and just about anything else you can think of. Everything is well-thought out and wonderful. It was full day. I am glad I booked the transportation to and from our resort and stayed for the cultural night show. The show was phenomenal. WE all loved it!

Overpriced and very disappointed in the treatment/enclosures of the animals.
The enclosure for the manatees is way too small for such a large animal; they are social mammals, and you have them all separated- same goes for the turtles.
The dolphins are constantly working, their area is way too small and not deep. You can see that they are sunburnt, and the fact that the babies are taken away from their moms shortly after birth is beyond sad.
Food at all the restaurants are beyond disgusting, we all got food poisoning, and the prices are ridiculous, as though they are 5 star restaurants- which they aren't. The restaurants are buffet style, there were birds landing on the food, tongs and other serving utensils would fall on the floor as patrons were serving their own food... they'd be picked up and placed back on the serving spoons, where other people would go on to use them.

We stayed at the Royal Cancun.
And our bus ride over there was fun. Our tour guide was very funny and gave us good tips on what to chose as our events at Xcaret.
