Best amusement park I’ve been to period(including Disney and Six Flags)! I love learning, excitement and being goofy. This checked all the boxes. Swimming in an underground river ✅, spelunking ✅, slides ✅, zip-lining ✅, ATV course ✅, nature ✅, palentology ✅, math ✅, laughing hysterically ✅, and a little fear ✅.

Was not the best experience. The zipline being the main attraction, they changed my adult son's harness several times saying it was a safety issue which I can appreciate, but after the 3rd time they asked him to remove the harness and attempted a 4th harness we did not feel comfortable and left. ATV and waterside were amazing and the food was great.

What a fantastic resort! It was really hot the week we went, I was glad we were arriving at 5pm and not ending. We did the cenotes first and the water was so cold, but refreshing. Beautiful! We did to the picture package as you really don't want to bring your phone along, so many times I would've lost mine. They do provide lockers. Zip lining was exhilarating in the dark. We always felt safe. We did the side by side also and that was great fun. I would bring bug spray. They do have tons of torches lit, but bug spray still helpful. They offered a huge buffet also.

There is nothing to fault with this incredible excursion, if you’re into beautiful scenery and sights, adrenaline, heights, water, swimming and just a general rush then this place is for you! My recommendation is that you do it at night. Tiki torches and pretty lighting lights your way around this adventure park that they have cleverly built around a jungle and hidden caves! Enough activities to keep you busy for around 6 hours! My favourite has the be the pleasant cave swim as you take in the cold water and the sleeping bats through the cave! (Do the 30 minute route instead of 10). The foot at this establishment is hands down the best buffet food I have ever consumed! Staff are so helpful and attentive, if you’re lost they’ll help you in the right direction which is easily done as this place is huge!
There is so much good to talk about that I don’t think there’s enough typing space! Just go there and try it for yourself! Worth every penny! Great fun!

My family had a great time. We took our 14 and 10 year old and they both enjoyed themselves. The tour guide was super kind and informative.

We were dropped off at the incorrect park. Make sure they take you to the right place!!!
It was incredibly stressful figuring out transportation and having to tell staff over and over again what had happened. They were all so confused as to how this had occurred. We were consequently late to the park and again had a stressful time finding a ride back. NOTE: Your tour bus should have a guide as well who gives you your ticket (a bracelet).
We requested a refund (full or partial) and they denied it so don’t expect any empathy from them either for any inconvenience they cause you.
The park itself is a wonderful time!

I loved everything. Drivinh the Amphibious vehicle was awesome. It was well worth the price. The buffet was good a little luke warm cold. If you drive yourself parking is free. Staff was amazing.

Fun experience; however, due to the long lines we did not get to experience every activity. Definitely do not feel I got my money's worth. This activity should be all day especially for the price so you can explore everything.
