Punta cana trip sucked except for coming here! It was well worth it. So much to do. Bring good hiking/walking shoes the terrain is rocky. Very jungle like. The Hoyo Azul and cave swim made the trip! They were both raw and natural cenotes and absolutely beautiful!!!!

The total experience was completely unique from taking pictures with parrots and monkeys to jumping into waters and walking into caves. There was not enough time of the day to fully enjoy all that the park had to offer with our two, ages 10 and 12, boys. How I wish there had been time for me to zip line, but we got our major targets with great success for the day. Definitely take advantage of the professional photo package for the memories which cost us of four $99 that composed of all the digital copies taken of us throughout the day by ready photographers at major events/areas throughout the park.

I went with my partner and we had a blast! Be warned there is a lot of walking around but the activities are so much fun. We loved the zip-lines especially the Superman one. We also loved the water caves. We got our picture taken for memories and we couldn’t ask for a better day!

This tour would be great for zip line enthusiasts. We had an OK time since we went with 2 young kids (4 and 7 yo) so we couldn’t really partake in the zip line adventures. I enjoyed the blue hole and the cave diving though. They offer an early ride back to the hotel around 2:45pm so that was a plus since the kids were hot and tired from the beating sun. Would recommend this tour to teenagers and adults who enjoy zip lining.

Overall experience was all right but pay attention to minimum weight and height for ziplines. On the second zipline station I swing out and hit my ankle to a tree stump. I told the operator, he waited 10 min before continuing the ride for the rest of people. That's pretty dangerous , should have trimm the tree and then let rest of people continue. First aid was lack luster, nobody was owning up for the mistake. Tried to get refund but told me I have to get Viator involved since I got through them, instead of scape park. Ruined the whole day.

Olho azul é maravilhoso, tem uma caverna que também é muito bonita. O lugar tem MUITAS tirolezas. Se você curte tirolezas, vai valer muito a pena. Se nao, talvez fique um pouco sem o que fazer alem dos locais lindos

It was good but they lie about the content of the park it cost £92 for low value activities the monkey island has 4 monkeys and no one is able to communicate unless you speak Spanish and that does not help if you have a fear of safety during the heights

This is a unique experience that is definitely worth doing. It was busy, but we didn’t have any waits more than 10 minutes or so for the Superman zip line. It is well worth it. We did all but the cave exploration. Very cool experience overall.

There is a lot of walking here. Some easy, some hard. If you are active at all, you will be fine. Even the walks to the different activities are more like a hike. Fun and scenic.

They recommend water shoes. We wore our running shoes. It was fine until the end of the day. If I went again, I’d buy the water shoes.

The gift shop had surprisingly reasonable prices. The food was pricey. It was what I expected. Just ok.

An absolutely incredible experience. The natural beauty was spectacular. Loved the variety of things to see. We especially loved the excitement of the zip lines but appreciated how seriously they took safety.

The water at the falls and in the caves and Hoyo Azul were all refreshing. There was a lot of walking, so definitely recommend bringing comfortable shoes that can get wet.
While there were tons of people upon arrival, once entering the park there was tons to do and everything was spread out so there was never any lines or waits for anything.

Knowing what we know now, we would have mapped out our day to stay dry to start with the Iguabonita Cave and then Hoyo Azul and we would have carried our bag and gear with us so we'd have a towel / change of clothes. Walking around wet all day was not ideal.
Then coming back we'd end up near the entrance and we'd lock up unneccesary gear in a locker and do the zip lines, ending at the water falls and hitting up the cultural route on the way to the cave as the last thing of the day.

In total we got in more than 18,000 steps for the day, saw some of the most insane views and breath taking beauty that nature has to offer. We bought the photo package - which I thought was pretty reasonable - $79USD for 3 people.
