I’ve never had a great experience with food tours before this one. This one was expensive and long, but I absolutely loved it and I think it was worth every penny! Met some great people on it too.

Booked this early. Flights cancelled and couldn’t make scheduled tour. Texted as soon as I could that we needed to cancel or book for the next day. Got No response. Texted several times. No response. Got emails telling me how much they enjoyed us on the tour that we did not take. Booked for 4. Total loss of $500.00. Buyer beware! Would love to hear from this company.

This food tour was fabulous. Our guide was fantastic and knowledgeable. We had such a variety of goods to try and really enjoyed eating it all. The experience to be on two continents was great. Highly recommend this tour.

The tour was so much fun. It was great to walk the streets of Istanbul with a guide who not only gave so much information about the food, but also great information about the culture and the history of Istanbul. Be prepared to eat a lot and walk five miles up and down some hills. We did a good tour in Athens, but this tour was so much better with all the unique dishes with full explanations of the food and what residents of Turkey eat and do. Sign up for this tour now.

Tunc was an incredible guide - he made the experience super fun and engaging. There was sooo much food and it was interesting to try all of the not-so-well-known dishes of Turkey. We were full by the third stop but the food was too good to not keep going. Highly recommend this tour as part of your trip as we would not have tried 90% of these dishes without our guide and learning the history of each dish added to our appreciation for the food.

This was our first day in Istanbul and a good way to find recommendations on the foods to eat during our stay.
Ali our guide was knowledgeable and helpful and the group we were with were friendly, making the whole experience very good..
The food recommendations worked well for most people, although the traditional pickle shop seemed a taste too far for some.
All in all a good day out and a great introduction to Istanbul food.

Ayse was a wonderful guide. She introduced us to many different foods, she was cognizant of the weather (quite warm so frequent stops for water and restrooms), and understood that everyone in the group had different tastes and levels of curiosity about foods. Nothing was over the top, everything she recommended was worth trying, and in fact almost all was incredible and some of the best food we ate on our trip to instanbul. Others have commented on how this was a great first day excursion and we agree wholeheartedly!
