Me and my boyfriend enjoyed a couple of hours at the waterpark. There are 5 big slides for adults - they were very fun and not much of a queue at all. Lazy river too which is very relaxing. Wave pool is small and more for kids I’d say. Overall, was a good morning although it is a very small waterpark and won’t take long at all. Wouldn’t return as we’ve done it now, but good to pass a couple of hours.

We had two really good days out at Aqualava. It's not very big but that suited us. We were a group of 11 including a 18 year old and 4 younger children aged 11, 9, 6 and 2. The park kept us all entertained for the whole day. The slides are brilliant! There are 5 big slides which were all really good fun. There's also a lazy river, a large pool with wave machine and a shallow pool for younger children with smaller slides. Food was good and not too expensive. Lockers are available at a small extra cost, worth the money to keep your valuables safe.
The only criticism would be to provide more inflatables for the slides or to have a better system in place to make people give up their ring after having a go and not hog them! Also the lifeguards could pay more attention!
That aside we did enjoy it and would go again.

Has a really great time here. Wave machine is on hourly, they have a small number of slides which we had great fun on and a lazy river.
We spent half a day here. Yes it’s not huge but as long as you know what to expect, it’s a great place to have a fun day out.
Lockers - you can use card as you put a pin in to open it so no keys to drag around!

100% We spent a wonderful day in the park. Exquisite food and fun guaranteed. The facilities very clean and the staff very attentive and very nice. A 10 on everything!

The place is amazing,kids can stay all day,adults can float around the lazy pool,food is good the only issue I have is at the top of the steps to the slides the information isn't clear which slide you are entering,my 7 year old can swim quite well and he entered the slide which finishes with you plunging into a very deep pot,I was waiting at the base of the slides when I heard a scream from the plunge pot,sixth sense drove me over to the pot which was just aswell because when I approached I noticed it was my son having difficulty getting his breath and bearings,the so called life guard was trying to throw a stupid float to my son and the wind kept blowing it away from him,I jumped in and pulled my son out,I couldn't believe the life guard was trying to throw a stupid float when it was quite clear he needed help ASAP,after this I watched my sons carefully because I don't think the lifeguards are very interested,dint think they realise how important a position they hold,my advice is enjoy your day but don't presume the guards are watching....they are not interested, other than that the place is a good day out.

The place could do with a lick of paint and general freshen up as it’s looking tired. Staff need a kick up the bum as they sit around doing nothing instead of picking up rubbish and helping people. 1 person at top of slides isn’t enough for 4/5 slides, I had to help a number of kids to get going as they weren’t bothered. Small things like sweeping small rocks of paths when people are walking around mostly bear foot would help and not allowing rubbish in the water or at least clearing it when it does fall in would be good. Overall was ok but after a couple of hours you are done.

It is the second time we chose the park to celebrate our son's birthday and it was perfect. Children enjoy themselves safely and parents relax. We all enjoyed it so much

Lovely water park there was enough to do there staff were lovely. We even had some lovely pictures taken by staff in the park.

The water was absolutely freezing
The rings in the lazy river where flat and there was hardly any
Massive queue for the bigger waterslides and hardly any rings
The food was terrible undercooked the stuff were unhelpful
Food and drinks for five £70
