Our guide, Isabel, was very friendly and knowledgeable. She even timed it perfectly that we were in front of Buckingham Palace and saw the King. Queen, Prince and Japanese Emperor!

The tower changing of the guard, beefeater talk, the crown jewels, but most of all I appreciated our knowledgeable guide as he walked us around town. Can't remember his name, but he was really great.

It was nice seeing Crown jewels first but certainly not the $300 price tag for early access. Tour felt really rushed we didn't have any time to walk around Tower of London & the boat ride up the Thames to Westminster wasn't necessary. We talked about few statues in square then raced to Buckingham Palace. Tour was just ok I gave it three stars bcz guide was nice.

Adrian is a phenomenal guide. His mastery of English history and charming ability to weave intrigue into centuries of stories is admirable. This tour was a perfect introduction to England and London for our 13 year old son and a great refresher course for us! A perfect day. Highly recommended.

Booked to see the changing of the guard. Tour started at 9, and while on the correct day of the week, they told us THEN that you had to be booked on an earlier tour (which was not ever listed as an option). So we got over that, thought we would then have more time at the Tower of London. NOPE! We were able to pass the line and watch the opening (very cool) but then the guide gave us ONE HOUR to explore on our own. By the time we got through seeing the Crown Jewels, only 40 minutes remained. There are multiple towers…. Add in a bathroom trip and we were literally RUNNING to meet the guide at the assigned spot. River cruise was nothing exciting. The rest was fine but we got a much more comprehensive history from a different walking tour where we spent LESS time at the landmark. Guide had a very canned speech and honestly seemed bored and annoyed by questions

Isabel was a wonderful tour guide. good overview of the tower. there was no changing of the guard on our day and we opted out of the Westminster city tour.

Our tour guide David was wonderful!!! Very knowledgeable and had great stories. Would highly recommend for anyone who wants to see a high quality and interesting tour of some of the most well known spots in London.

Michael was a good tour guide. The beefeater ceremony was lame but it does get you ahead of the crowd. We did the Royal tour. The "boat cruise" is a covered Uber boat ride more than a pleasure cruise. Good experience. Probably worth the non peak price
