We were welcomed very well by the staff who explained to us in Italian and English the safety behaviors on board. Experienced pilot who explained every movement that was made to the passengers. Very quiet flight, almost imperceptible. Soft and extremely safe landing. Breakfast with sweet savory local products and toast with prosecco. To do at least once in your life. Thank you all

We flew today 14/6 over the valleys of San Casciano val di Pesa. Departure at dawn, perfect time, beautiful day with breathtaking views from the hot air balloon. I had the pleasure of organizing the flight with Renato who was super helpful and professional, I highly recommend contacting him.
We took the flight with Federico who kept us company with his kindness during our experience. Super staff, our experience also included a picnic breakfast on the departure field, which the staff prepared for us while we were in flight. A very welcome additional service was the accompaniment of a drone for much of the flight, which allowed us to take home unforgettable photos and videos. Super recommended as an experience, our most sincere compliments.

If I could give this more than five stars, I definitely would! My husband and I booked the hot air balloon experience to celebrate our honeymoon and we were beyond impressed. The entire Balloon Team Italia was very friendly and accommodating before, during, and even after our flight. If you want to see the beautiful landscape of Tuscany from a different point of view, then I highly recommend that you book a flight so you don’t miss out on an amazing experience!

What an amazing experience! It was so beautiful to float above Florence and surrounding countryside. We felt safe with our expert pilot Freddie, who was knowledgeable and friendly. Delightful picnic breakfast afterwards was a nice touch. A must do!

A very professional and friendly crew. Not a thing I would change. One of the best adventures I've ever had. Worth the time and money. And at the end they serve you a 5 Star breakfast! Well maybe not 5 star but very enjoyable.

Beautiful experience! Spectacular view and very welcoming and professional staff. At the end of the flight they took us back to the starting point, where they had set up tables with a very good savory and sweet breakfast. Highly recommended!

I went to have this experience with my partner. everything was wonderful, even though we had some setbacks due to the bad weather, the staff came to our aid and we managed to resolve the situation as best we could. All the staff are super friendly and nice. A truly special experience and absolutely worth trying.

Spectacular flight from a field near San Casciano in Val di Pesa over the Chianti hills. The pilot Filippo was very good, the flight was a dream of lightness carried by the wind and guided through the valleys. very good, to be repeated as soon as possible
